Dr. Vaughn graduated from Tufts University School of Dentistry. He continues to educate himself and his team in the most current dental techniques. Dr. Vaughn's affiliations include the American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association and he is a graduate of the N.Y.U. Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry Continuum. He is also a member of the Trumbull/Monroe Board of Health.

Dr. Zhai obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2009 at New York University College of Dentistry. She then completed a post-graduate residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center before entering into practice.
Committed to providing her patients with the high-quality dentistry they deserve, Dr. Zhai actively seeks out opportunities to advance her knowledge and skills. Whether participating in training courses, reading the latest research, or conversing with her fellow doctors in the practice, she is constantly seeking new insight in order to best care for her patients needs.
Known for her kind and gentle touch, Dr. Zhai takes pride in fixed prosthetics, including crowns and bridges, preventive care, and patient education. She is also an active provider of Invisalign clear aligners and loves seeing those beautiful smiles and her patients happiness when their new smile is revealed!
Additionally, as a mother, Dr. Zhai is drawn to working with younger patients, helping to establish good dental health, proper home hygiene routines, and comfort in the dental environment. She is honored to practice dentistry where she lives and enjoys seeing and interacting with her patients in the office as well as in the community.
Originally from New York, New York, Dr. Zhai resides in Trumbull with her husband, their two sons, and their family dog, Skittles. Much of the familys free time is spent entertaining their children, visiting with grandparents, and tackling home improvement projects.
Dr. Rohit Gupte completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2016 and since then has been in private practice in the State of Connecticut. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelors in Dental Surgery from Government Dental College and Hospital in India in 2005, followed by two years of practicing clinical dentistry.
Dr. Gupte holds keen interest in dental research. He moved to United States in 2007 for further education in research and clinical dental sciences. He studied oral biology at the University of Minnesota for his Master of Science degree, following which he worked as research fellow with Boston University and Forsyth Institute (Harvard University) for four years. His primary research focus was in periodontology and atherosclerosis. Along with clinical practice, he continues to maintain active participation in research field, peer reviewing original research articles and being on editorial and reviewer boards of several research journals.
Dr. Gupte is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Research, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of General Dentistry.
When he is not working, Dr. Gupte likes to spend time with his family, travel, and explore good places to eat. In his free time, he is generally found nurturing his home garden that now has a collection of more than 70 plants.
As I dentist, I bring all of myself to the office and give all of my knowledge, abilities, and attention to each patient. They deserve nothing less. In the years I have practiced dentistry, I have been privileged to meet, care for, and make friends with many remarkable people. Through continuing education, Dr. Braun stays at the leading-edge of new developments, with a specific interest in sharpening his skills in dental implants, prosthodontics, and aesthetic services. Additionally, Dr. Braun is a member of a dental study group with Nuvance Hospital Dental Clinic and an Associate Attending with Inner City Health Care Dental Clinics.

Dr. Braun has spent his life in Newtown, Connecticut. His wife, Phyllis, is a Full Professor of Biology at Fairfield University. He also has two children: son Ryan is an Interventional Radiologist in Sydney, Australia and daughter Jessica is a Radiation Tech at Middlesex Hospital, as well as an actress and vocalist in local theatres.
