This is Jorge Padilla, I have written a review previously and tried to edit even deleted my account but I couldn't. I would just like to say that after going back to Vasallo he was able to fix my issue and responded to the matter. Im very satisfied with how they helped me work this out.

My name is Jorge Padilla I been a client since I was about 9 years old, I'm 32 now i've always gone back to see dentist vasallo even now as im older and have kids of my own....I did a crown with him in january of 2017 and went back in march due to the pain and discomfort he lowered it and said it looked good, the pain persisted and I went back another time (wich they dont have on record ) then following it 2 more times after for cleanings and told them each time it bothered that i had discomfort they always took xrays and said was fine the pain was not constant so I put up with it all this years now im eating an apple and a piece broke off im thinking is due to how much he lowered it maybe got weak it had no reason why to break in 3 years nd 10 months when I had another for 15 years.. went back to them thinking they will take care of me since from the start it was a problem and told me only one year lab warranty nd they was charging me same price I paid... I will never be going back to them nd neither will my family that has been costumer for over 20 years very dissapointing been going to them since i was a kid and the front ladys are very nice !!!!

It is with great pleasure that I go to this dentist...I am sure you do not hear this often, but attending Vasallo Dental is a great experience. The doctor is very patient,and knowledgable. The staff is extremely courteous. All of them are very professional. I will rate them as Excellent! From 1 to 10, I will give them 11.
