Dr. Sal Varano is part of a proud lineage of respected dentists, following the footsteps of his father Dominick, a renowned restorative dentist in New York City. Dr. Sal graduated with Honors from New York University College of Dentistry, where he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society. He went on to complete his dental residency at the renowned VA Medical Center in Manhattan and was most recently inducted as a Fellow into the International Academy of DentoFacial Aesthetics. Dr. Varano has been providing state-of-the-art superior dental care for over 25 years and has surrounded himself with team members who are as passionate as he is to provide compassionate, precision care. Dr. Varano is an attending doctor at NYU Winthrop University Medical Center, where he provides instruction and training to the dental residents. He is a past President of the Eastern Dental Society of New York, a former instructor at NYU College of Dentistry, and Presiding Officer at the Greater NY Dental Meetings. Dr. Varano is at the forefront of dental education by attending close to 50 hours of continuing educational classes a year, ensuring that his patients receive the most up-to-date comprehensive and advanced dental care available. His certification in the Chao Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation makes him one of the few dentists in the New York metro area to offer this revolutionary treatment to our patients as an alternative to grafting. Dr. Varano has recently been featured in a front-page article in the Garden City Life newspaper for his volunteerism providing free dental treatment to members of the Lakota Indian tribe at the St Francis Mission in Rosebud, South Dakota.

He is a Fellow of the International Academy of DentoFacial Aesthetics, a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, NYS Dental Society, the American Dental Implant Association, Nassau County Dental Society,Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation,Garden City Dental Institute,Franklin Square Study Group, and Sunrise Dental Study Organization.Dr. Varano lives in the community, is married and the proud father of three children.

Dr. Jane Jaroonnarm is a general dentist practicing since 2006 in Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan and now more locally in Long Island. She is a graduate of the Honors College of Adelphi University in Garden City and received her dental medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr. Jane (as her patients call her) enjoys all facets of dental care but focuses on delivering the best in compassionate and personalized care. She maintains her continuing education in a variety of specialties including Esthetics, Implant restorations, CAD/CAM technologies, and is certified in Invisalign and Six Month Smiles for orthodontic treatment.

Debbie has been in the dental field for over 30 years, and really enjoys making people smile. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to arts and crafts festivals, reading and walking for causes. She is also known as Aunt Debbie to her niece and nephew and all of their friends.

Patient Coordinator Gina is a true local girl who has enjoyed her career in the dental field since graduating from Carey high school in Franklin Square. She is married and has a daughter. A bona-fido dog lover, she spends time taking care of her two dogs, Betty a 9 yr old cockalier and Maggie a 3 yr old rescue. Gina also enjoys long getaway weekends with her husband.

Cheuk graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry dental hygiene program, and is proud to have been cleaning the worlds teeth since 2006. Originally from China, Cheuk was raised in Queensand recently moved with her family to New Hyde Park. A city girl at heart, she is enjoying suburban life with hubby and two children.

A fan of Indie films/music, Jazz, Bossa Nova, & Family Guy, Cheuk loves to travel and explore food cultures around the world (42 countries & counting) and hopes to be lucky enough to see the rest of the world. Her favorite quote: Smile while you still have teeth

Liana received her dental hygiene degree from NYU Dental School and has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 22 years. Liana is trained and skilled in providing periodontal therapy including the use of Laser treatment, and has been a part of The Varano dental family for 10 years.She is known for her gentle touch and friendly chairside manner which helps her patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit. There is nothing more gratifying to her than educating and helping her patients.In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and her Dog. She loves traveling with her family, bike riding and spending time at the beach.

Lori has been a patient favorite in our practice for over 14 years where she shares her compassion and stories! While a native Long Islander, she has a love for the great state of Maine and her lovable Burnese Mountain dog Ruthie. Lori is a proud mother of two fantastic children.

Melessia received her dental hygiene degree from Eugenia Mara de Hostos Community College in 2018. Since then she has enjoyed interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable. When shes not making healthier smiles, in her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves eating different types of food. She loves arts and crafts, watching romcoms and is a huge Marvel fan.

Sunny has been in the dental field since 2012. At first it started out as a part time job to help pay for tuition while studying Graphic Design. But as time passed she fell in love with the dental field and has stayed in it ever since. She loves taking care of patients and helping people one smile at a time.
