Dr. Daniel Varallo graduated from Tufts University in 1993, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He continued his education at Indiana University, where he completed his orthodontic residency and received a Master of Science degree in Dentistry in 1995.
Dr. Varallo maintains a membership with the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society, American Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. He currently serves as Treasurer of the New England Damon study club and represents the Middlesex District on the council of membership of the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Varallo is committed to giving back to his dental community, especially in Arlington & Burlington, MA, and has been recognized in the Journal of Massachusetts Dental Society as a William McKenna Volunteer Hero. These are members who have gone above and beyond to help the Massachusetts Dental Society achieve its goals, inspire colleagues, and advance the profession of dentistry.
Dr. Varallo understands the importance of staying current with the latest technological advances in the field of orthodontics. He regularly attends seminars and lectures on the most comprehensive treatments, including the Damon System and Invisalign.

Our Orthodontic Assistants are critical participants in our patients care. Under the direction and supervision of Dr. Varallo, they will make your visits with us as short as possible, while also taking the time to listen to you, answer your questions, and explain what they will be doing. Our Orthodontic Assistants have extensive experience working with children and will take the time necessary to make you and your child feel comfortable.
Each Orthodontic Assistant is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. They are certified in Radiology and CPR. The Clinical Team undergoes extensive training and continuing education in the latest technologies, including iTero, Invisalign, Damon Braces, and Propel.
We donate thousands to local schools annually through our Partners in Education program. In addition, Dr. Varallo regularly supports local organizations like the Arlington Boys and Girls Club, Arlington Eats, Arlington Youth Baseball, Burlington Education Foundation, Burlington Youth Baseball, and many more.
