Dr. Daniel Varallo graduated from Tufts University in 1993, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He continued his education at Indiana University, where he completed his orthodontic residency and received a Master of Science degree in Dentistry in 1995.
Dr. Varallo maintains a membership with the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society, American Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. He currently serves as Treasurer of the New England Damon study club and represents the Middlesex District on the council of membership of the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Varallo is committed to giving back to his dental community, especially in Arlington & Burlington, MA, and has been recognized in the Journal of Massachusetts Dental Society as a William McKenna Volunteer Hero. These are members who have gone above and beyond to help the Massachusetts Dental Society achieve its goals, inspire colleagues, and advance the profession of dentistry.
Dr. Varallo understands the importance of staying current with the latest technological advances in the field of orthodontics. He regularly attends seminars and lectures on the most comprehensive treatments, including the Damon System and Invisalign.
At Varallo Orthodontics, we believe that teamwork matters; with more than 100 years of combined orthodontic experience, our Clinical and Administrative Teams work together to provide our patients with superior care and treatment with the highest level of customer service.
Our Orthodontic Assistants are critical participants in our patients care. Under the direction and supervision of Dr. Varallo, they will make your visits with us as short as possible, while also taking the time to listen to you, answer your questions, and explain what they will be doing. Our Orthodontic Assistants have extensive experience working with children and will take the time necessary to make you and your child feel comfortable.
Each Orthodontic Assistant is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. They are certified in Radiology and CPR. The Clinical Team undergoes extensive training and continuing education in the latest technologies, including iTero, Invisalign, Damon Braces, and Propel.
We donate thousands to local schools annually through our Partners in Education program. In addition, Dr. Varallo regularly supports local organizations like the Arlington Boys and Girls Club, Arlington Eats, Arlington Youth Baseball, Burlington Education Foundation, Burlington Youth Baseball, and many more.

Liked the location(Burlington), cleanliness and on-time appointments and flexibility to change the appointments. Great and experienced staff and like that they listens to us. Children as well as parents like to come to Dr VARALLO as compared to anyone else.

Varallo Orthodontics is the best! My nine-year-old daughter has been going there for almost a year I think now and she has braces and also other appliances and they have been absolutely wonderful!! She's autistic and also has high anxiety and they have been so good with her and they've made the whole process so smooth. I would highly recommend them to anybody! Everyone there is very friendly, they know you by name and the office is beyond super clean, it is really a great place.

Our 14 yo daughter just got her braces off! We've seen Dr. Varallo since she was 8, and he and his whole team have always been so professional and welcoming. Very impressive! (And her teeth look great, too :) )

I feel extremely welcome at Dr. Varallo's because his offices foster a feeling of positivity, inclusion, and excitement. His staff, especially Kelsey, are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Varallo communicates regularly with my dentist to ensure I'm getting the right treatment, and his office location alternates throughout the week which is very convenient for patients living close to Boston.

Varallo Orthodontics is terrific! I did my Invisalign there and my daughter got her palette expander and braces. The staff are incredibly friendly and patient and Dr Varallo is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I felt very happy with them and my smile looks great!
