I literally just left the office after having 5 teeth removed. I remember walking in and the out . My fear had me up all night and crying this morning only to have an experience I can't some up to anything than the doctor and staff are heaven sent!

Had the best experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Fast , painless , and the staff was amazing ! The office was clean and sanitized top to bottom. Everyone was nice and courteous made everything flawless from start to finish. Wouldn't go any where else, my go to recommendation for anyone and everyone.

This office is wonderful!!! The front desk staff are professional, friendly and always smiling. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Strenta put all my fears at ease and gave me lots of options on my care. If you have dental anxiety this Oral surgeons office is for you.

The receptionist was symptomatic ("allergies"), claimed she would not be able to breathe with a mask on, and there was no mask requirements for staff or patients. I need a surgeon who supports science.

Bought my son in for a free consult appointment and was unexpectedly sent a bill! I realize they took advantage of me bc I went ahead and gave them my son's insurance info(I should not have given that info when we were only there for a free consultation appointment)When we were there the nurse seemed unhappy, I ignored it since I knew her unhappiness didn't have anything to do with us. But after the appt my son, who is 13, explained to me that while he was getting digital photos done(as part of the free consult) that the nurse wouldn't adjust the machines height to a comfortable and appropriate height, so it caused him pain and also caused him to have to stand on his tippie toes the whole time the photos were being taking, regardless of him asking her to lower it. At the time of leaving they told me I didn't owe anything(as expected) and said they would email me a surgical plan and pricing. About a wk and a half later, I noticed I still had Not received an email yet, so I called to make sure they had my email address correct. The nurse got annoyed at me for asking about the email and proceeded to be a little rude and defensive although I asked really nicely and explained that I was worried if they didn't have my correct email or something and that I was not in a hurry to get the email. Then she proceeded to tell me I didn't have the email yet because the Dr is lax and takes a long time to give her the info she needs to send the email, she keeps dissing him and implying that he is lazy. Now I still have not been emailed a plan or pricing(over a month later)but just got a bill in the mail for the consult appt.

Absolutely the best wisdom tooth extraction, quick and painless for a fast recovery. I highly recommend Dr Strenta.

5 stars all the way! I am a KY transplant with small town values, and often find it hard to navigate this big city with all its options. Most are just in it for the money and treat you like a number. Maybe it's because this office is located in a 1970's ranch, buy this office has a way of making you feel at home. The staff originally had me when I overheard them explaining the difference of accepting ones insurance and being in network while a patient commented on her extremely low estimate, the receptionist further explained they always provide whether they are in network as they can make a huge difference in cost. This showed me this office was not in it just for the money but really valued the customer. Fast forward to the day of my treatment, and all I can say is, Wow! Someone got into an automobile accident right before they opened, caught on their security cameras, not a serious accident but out of concern, they rushed out to check on the lady and to call 911 for her, lady was not even their customer. Though I don't remember a lot about my actual procedure, I do recall the small talk leading up to my good black out. Was very pleasant considering I was their first for the day, all made me feel very safe and comfortable. The part that really prompted this review, and the last thing I are member is Dr. Vanni using the numbing air on my arm prior to sticking me for my IV. This small detail really sealed the deal, it was seriously the perfect end to this story. If you are looking for an oral surgeon to make you feel at home, this is your office. Sure, their office is in kind of an odd spot, and doesn't look that fancy from the outside. But rest assured, the staff makes up for what they may lack in appearance. The pay attention to the small details, they are honest and have integrity that has not only earned them 5 stars but has resulted them in being added to my phone. Hoping this office never changes

I had 4 wisdom teeth and 1 extra extraction at this location, with intentions to return soon for an additional procedure. The folks here are friendly and thorough.
