Very nice people but be careful when it comes to billing, if you say the reason for the visit is a chipped tooth then they will put it down on their records as an emergency without telling you, this way they charge you for the fees not approved by the dental insurance with the excuse it was an "emergency" despite of never the word being mentioned and you getting the appoint scheduled as normal and not on the same day.

Dr. Puerta is the most professional, caring, and detailed doctor I ever had the pleasure of seeing. She takes her time to explain everything so her patients have a thorough understanding of the diagnostics, the treatments, and everything else. I definitely recommend her. Thank you!

Dr. Puerta is amazing. She is probably the best dentist I've gone to. They allow patients to opt out of X-rays; however, they do make you sign a form at each visit. The front desk staff can be pushy with the X-rays, but they are very friendly as well. Even though she does not take my insurance, I will continue to pay out of pocket to see her because her work is worth it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

My visit was excellent. Dr. Puerta quickly diagnosed and treated a tooth that gave me constant pain and left me sleepless for two full days. I left the office with no pain and confident that I am in truly professional hands.

The doctors and staff are very professional and very caring. I have been visiting them for a couple of years and my experience with them are very satisfactory. I am very comfortable going to my appointments because they are following the protocols for the covid19.

Professional from beginning to end, super clean office. Explained everything in English and Spanish, it's great to have a bilingual dentist so close to home and in my neighborhood of Jackson Heights.
