Dr. Vandana Sood has 26 years of dental experience where she original practiced dentistry in Maryland for the first 10 years. She then moved to Virginia to be closer to her family and has been in practice here since 2007. She attended Denison University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry. After that, she completed a General Practice Dental Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York. She is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.

I was with her for 4 years. Absolutely the best dentist I ever had. She runs the operation solo so everything from cleaning to fillings is 100% a professional dentist. She schedules one patient at a time so I've never sat waiting in her office. Her check ups are extremely thorough and methodical like I've never seen. Dr. Sood is also just a nice person to talk to.

I have been going to Dr. Sood since 2007. She is very passionate about her work which you can see in the way she deals with her patients. She is listens and provides great advice on how to maintain oral hygiene. She is very thorough in her job and is very gentle when it comes to clean ups, root canals etc. I strongly recommend Dr. Sood to all future clients. Thanks!

I have been going to Dr. Sood for several years and I have found her to always be very professional and efficient. She always starts her appointments on time and the end of them are very predictable. That is important for anybody who has a busy schedule. Dr. Sood is also very pleasant and her office and her treatment areas are state of the art and always immaculate.
