Best place for kids

Incredibly unimpressed with this dentist office. There is not a single toy or book for a child to entertain themselves with in the waiting area. There is a train table right in the large treatment room across from a very long row of dentist chairs (with no dividers in between, looks like they are trying to get as many patients in as possible) When we went to play at the train table, an employee came to inform me that this was the area that is only for when the Dentist is needing to have a conversation with a parent (in other words, the kids are not allowed to play here). I understand that Covid can limit the number of toys because we don't want to spread germs, but they maybe they could offer a bottle of disinfectant wipes to wipe down toys after? At the end of the appointment they informed me that they had pulled a wiggly tooth (without checking in with me). They also did not give him any prize upon finishing his appointment. Seems like if your name has Pediatric in it that you would cater to children.

I wish I could give 100 stars! Dr. Pete was amazing as well as all the staff. It was my kid's first time here and they were so accommodating and kind. They were very personable and explained everything very thoroughly. My kids left happy with nice teeth. So glad we found this dentist office, I highly recommend.

We were on vacation and my son had excruciating pain from a cavity. The office was able to get us in that day. We were welcomed with a very friendly receptionist and the assistant who helped us asked what our concerns were first and then explained what would happen. She wasnt judgy, very supportive and understanding. The Dr. Was so gentle and patient with my son he was able to get him to lay down and open his mouth without even crying. The dr. gave us 3 options and explained it very well and gave us the time to make a decision. I wish we could have this office back home in Colorado. I am now looking for a new dental office for my son back home because Vancouver Pediatric Dentistry set my expectations high.

My 2 year old had to go under anesthesia and have all her teeth done and the doctor, anesthesiologist and all staff were wonderful. They make you feel at peace and you're comfortable knowing your child is in good hands. Thankful to have a place to take your children where you know they are in the best care!

I asked the woman who called me with the estimate to email me a copy. I was concerned she didn't write down the correct email address and left a voicemail. It never arrived. I called again the next day to request an email copy, and it still hasn't arrived. I received the mail quote today, though would have appreciated an email version when requested. Could improve communication. Overall good dentist.

We moved to Texas last year and I am so sad we have to find a new dentist. We had nothing but wonderful experiences at Dr. Lubisich's office. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Peter for being so great with my kids (and for dealing with this worried mama) for the past 8 years. You set the bar high.

We have been coming here a couple years now and we are so happy with it! Kids enjoy coming which is a big deal. We have had cleanings and work done. Pricing is all reasonable and upfront. No hidden bills. They are so patient and kind with the kids and also the parents. We love the new gaming station, coloring station and train table area. Now they just need something in the waiting area.

This is a top notch experience from top to bottom. Loving care for your kids all the way as they grow up to be young adults. The doctor and staff are always kind, they allow you to sit in and support your child if they have any fears or concerns. We have been coming here since our kids were littles and will be sad when they have to go to the adult dentist

I love the whole staff at Vancouver Pediatric Dentistry. Even though they only see us twice a year they always remember us and are very friendly. They are always nice, accommodating and work well with my son, who does not want to be there. Dr. Peter Lubisich is fantastic!

The staff here were so patient with my kids. They haven't been to a dentist since the pandemic. They were terrified to say the least. The staff here was so well trained and poised at dealing with this situation and we were able to turn it around. It's so hard for kids since Covid with all the things making them feel safe on doctor visits being taken away. The staff was able to give them plastic covered tablets and they had really lovely goodie bags at the end. Doing anything with twins is challenging enough... doing it with Covid is just so much fun. The staff here turned them from bawling, scared hot messes to good girls that were able to get X-rays and teeth cleaning. The dentist even had a good plan to ease them into visits. There was so much though and care put into the plan and I really appreciated that they are doing everything to provide psychological safety for kids. My kids asked for a bottle of water on the way home and spent the rest of the trip brushing and flossing

We've been coming here with all of our children over the span of about 18 years. Once again, we had an amazing check up. This one was extra special in that it was the 1st appointment in about 5 years one of our daughters was able to walk back, not cry, not go boneless, not spend hours in the bathroom....even to get in the chair. She ADORES Dr. Peter and talks non stop about going; but the day of - getting to that chair is an anxiety ridden train wreck that usually leaves her a mess. Literally and figuratively. There have been hours spent in the bathroom, times on the floor, shaking....but she loves it once she gets hugged in. Last time I said I would NEVER go by myself again to these appointments because trying to help her and deal with our other girlie melting down in her own different way in response to C's struggle is like the worst math ever. We plotted and planned. Social storied our brains out (just like always), and scheduled so dad could go with us. Aaaaannnnndddd found out last week he was going to have to be in the office all week this week. Awesome. NOT. Big sister to the rescue. She helped manage C while I did P. Then C wanted her to be her chair buddy instead of clinging to me. Everyone came away with a great report tooth wise but the real success was C's ability to walk to the chair by herself guided gently by Dr. Peter and his assistant more or less composed. It was the best appointment we've had in about 5 years. I wasn't a sweaty, sweary mess afterwards either. BIG wins. Way back when our big kids first started coming we had Dr. Pete; eventually Dr. Peter became our guy. I'm more and more impressed with him and his staff each time we go. They just roll with whatever, help me as much as they can, pass us new clothes if needed, encourage us to keep doing such a good job, and encourage our kids as the learn all the ropes. @vancouverpediatricdentistry and Dr. Peter - you all are such a gift and I recommend you to any and everyone I can.

This is the best children's dentist offices out there! I saw the older Dr. Lubisich when I was a kid and now my kids are seeing his son. I loved this dentist when I was a kid and they haven't changed. All the staff and Dr. Lubisich are so good at working with kids! Even when my kids are uncooperative they are good at coaxing them to get through their visit. Their clinic has always been spotless, well maintained, and very kid-friendly. I couldn't recommend this dentist more!
