Dr. Martin Van Vliet, a board-certified orthodontist, was born and raised in upstate New York. He attended the State University of New York at Albany, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He continued his education at Fairleigh Dickinson University of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1975. After completing a two-year residency of specialty training in the field of Orthodontics, Dr. Van Vliet earned his Orthodontic Certificate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In 1988, he was elected as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Best office ever! A very warm and welcoming environment. Staff is always friendly, informative and smiling. Everyone takes the time to explain everything in detail and never rushes anyone in and out. A very happy and well run office! Kudos to everyone! Highly recommend this office!

Excellent and accommodating service from very first visit and throughout the entire experience. Dr. Van Vilet is knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and explains the entire process. Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Technicians and Administrative staff are efficient, organized and most importantly happy to be there (how often do you see that?). Finding Van Vilet Orthodontics was by chance. Continuing to keep them as our orthodontic provider and recommend them to others is definitely deliberate. You won't find better, folks!

Dr. VanVliet & staff have been wonderful. The treatment plan I received has been thoroughly explained in terms of everything I will be going through along with any questions I have.
