Dr. Shanika Maddox graduated from Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis with a B.A. in Biology. Thereafter she matriculated through Indiana University School of Dentistry to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Following her educational training she attended a General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, NY. Dr. Maddox also participated in multiple anesthesiology externships at The Ohio State University and the Jacobi Medical Center during her training in residency.
Dr. Maddox is passionate about building long term relationships with her patients and believes that everyone deserves to have a beautiful and healthy smile. She takes pride in her ability to nurture and care for each patient based off of their individual needs and is excited to serve the Bellevue community.
Originally from Fresno, California, Dr. Minyard is a graduate of the University of the Pacific where he played college soccer and later received his DMD in Dentistry. After practicing dentistry on the West Coast, Dr. Minyard moved to the Nashville area in 1994
Dr. Mark James Ruark II (Jay), has been practicing general dentistry for nine years.He graduated from Murray State in 2007 with a BS in Biology and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2011.
After graduation, Dr. Ruark moved to New Orleans to cover two practices that focused on treating the underserved. Dr. Ruark then moved to Middle Tennessee and practiced in Murfreesboro for three years. In November 2015, Dr. Ruark took over the Embassy Hillsboro location and has been helping nurture healthy smiles ever since.
