Extremely rude and unprofessional front office lady with the accent. I made an appointment weeks in advance, only to be called the day before to be told the dentist leaves at the time I was scheduled for. I had to get time off work for this appointment. Tried to reason with the front office lady and she rudely cut me off and was dismissive.

I guess when you want a value you have to sacrifice actual quality. I realize now that sometimes a medical practice is not really trying to help you medically but trying to sell you like a used car dealer. I don't even consider the price a great value anyway, didn't cost any less then other dentists that have ethics and don't try to con you.

I went to this Doctor because I had an emergency in the middle of covid-19 and it was where they only attended me without an appointment, they looked for options and treated me with great respect and the prices have been lower than in other dentists. I am already a client of theirs and the doctor at least he speaks 2 languages and tries to make the patient understand him..All the staff are very friendly and understanding..

I Love this dentist office. I am usually very nervous about rhe thought of someone in my mouth but Dr. Bunn and the whole staff is amazimg. I been keeping up with all my maintenance and its all due to the professional and kind staff. I highly recommend Value Smiles for all your dental needs.

I had a great experience with this dentist office however they over charged me not once but twice. When I went back to get my money they gave me the run around. I will definitely be finding another dentist.

The customer service is phenomenal. I appreciate the dentist's and his assistant's thorough explanation about the specific treatment plan I need for my dental work. 11/5/2021: Value Smiles is THE best dental practice in Douglas County. I appreciate Dr. Bunn who has served as our dentist for a couple of years. Today I had a deep cleaning performed by Marcus who was patient, thorough, and overall provided excellent service. My family will continue to receive our dental services at Value Smiles.

Please don't let the name fool you, these guys are amazing!! They are kind, professional and very considerate to patients who have dental anxiety. They are not a part of my dental network but the service is so good I will pay out of pocket. Hands down my best experience with a dentist.

Absolutely wonderful experience...the doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and a gentle touch...the staff are all very hospitable and made me very comfortable...the dentist is always my biggest fear but they all made the process painless and easy

I have such a wonderful experience when being serviced at Value Smiles. I have had many horrible experiences at the dentist so when I found Dr. Bunn and his staff I was elated with my visit. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Bunn is very gentle and caring. I feel very comfortable with every procedure that gets performed. I couldn't be happier with the service I get at Value Smiles. My whole family sees Dr. Bunn to keep our smiles bright and teeth healthy. Thank you Value Smiles!

Value Smiles is perhaps one of the best dental offices in Douglas county. By far one of the most caring and customer friendly offices I've ever been to. Dr. Bunn and his staff are extremely aware of patients needs and ensure you are comfortable and completely satisfied with their services. I got my teeth cleaned a few months back and found the service to be extraordinary. Thank you VS.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Value Smiles. Doctor Bunn is wonderful. He makes you feel super comfortable, and takes time to explain each procedure in depth. Ellen is the best as well! She takes her time with you as a patient, and always aims for customer satisfaction. She has held my hand more than one time, and understands my anxiety! They are also very reasonable with prices.

This has been a great experience. I was so scared, but was put at ease by the customer service of Ellen., Cindy, Courtney and Ingrid. Dr. Bunn is a terrific dentist!! I am so grateful for having someone that is willing to work with you and provide top quality service. I will definitely recommend this top tier business.

Great atmosphere, I was having an issue with one of my wisdom tooth and it need to be removed immediately due to a carie, Dr. Bunn took good care of me as a patient, his bedside manners were impeccable. From the time I walked in, the front desk receptionist were great and kind. All the staff who assist me was phenomenal from receptionist to Dental hygienist and Dental assistant all was kind and awesome at their jobs. Thank You Lord for this place. I'm glad I found new dentist. Everyone listens to what I have to say and the concerns I had. Although, I was afraid of going to the dentist, now I am more comfortable of keeping all my appointments. Oh! As for that tooth, it was removed and I didn't feel a thing. #HELLOSUMMER now I can consume all the watermelon, corn on the cob, at all the summer bbq. Lol. Make your appointment today, you won't be sorry. Great business, great environment.

I found my experience at Value Smiles to be very pleasant and rewarding. Dr. Kenneth Bunn was fantastic! He was very helpful and understanding in regards to my discomfort and pain. He also knew how to lighten the room and make my procedure less scary. Prices were reasonable and the hygienists, assistants, and other staff were all very accommodating. I highly recommend a visit to this spot if you need any dental work done!
