They crack teeth here. And the state won't help you with the damage. Still fighting them on charges for teeth not even worked on plus I had to spend double the money for another dentist to actually fix what was wrong and what they did. And my insurance has multiple claims that should not have been filed by this office. Find an ADA dentist; they are required to uphold a better standard than the state dentists this place has.

From the Dr to the staff this dental office is so great! I don't leave reviews but this is the first dental office I have ever been to where they treat you like family! They take great care of you here and actually care about your health and not just a dollar! Thank you staff at queen creek!

Do not even walk past this practice!!!!! Nightmare. This is the most incompetent dentist office around. First visit was fine, Doctor was great did a root canal. The next appointment was pathetic, rude receptionist, new and rude Doctor. This root canal took 2 months to get the cap, I kept calling to enquire and was never getting an answer so called corporate and still no answer finally was told the lab was holding it hostage because this business was not paying the bills. The cap was so ill fitting and when putting it on they took an instrument and used it on my front tooth which had no problem and took all the enamel off and left an indentation, requested my money back to no avail. Turnover for receptionists and Doctors was unbelievable and to top it all off they combined my husband's dental information with mine.

1st I went in to have 2 teeth removed 9-9-17 the price posted 89.00 ended up 389.00 and was over charged which it took 7 months to get the credit back. The dentist pulled the bone out with the 2nd tooth which I would never have approved! I called their head office with no results other than sorry we can't do anything to help you. I am still in pain and suffer everyday, I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are there run as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To bad there is not a 0 star.

Absolutely terrible. Rude condescending dentist named Phillips. Phillips in my opinion as bad social skills. Never get to see a dentist more than twice. Very frustrating and stressful. Never will go there again or recommend this place. Horrible

I was really impressed by Karen's knowledge and skills. She has done fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Philips was professional and very honest. I am snow bird from Canada and need a dentist while staying in US. and this office became my choice. Andre Samusz

I had X-rays cleaning and exam. Hygienist was great. Reception extremely pleasant. Dentist very nice. Great experience. Will return for sure

What I witnessed today in this office was extremely unprofessional. The office manager was extremely rude, loud and obnoxious. The office manager does not know her job and needs to be fired. Please hire someone more fit for her position. I WILL NOT be returning.

All staff and Dentist were very nice and professional. The completion of the paper work was way to long, about 12 pages!!

I had a great experience from the time I checked in up until the time I left. I am very nervous to go to the dentist but they were all amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!!! Sheri
