Don't trust this place, they tore my mouth up... do your homework folk... they will lie to you... find a trustworthy dentist with a good report... They lied to me and said I need my wisdom teeth pulled, and the fell for the lie... got charged like 700 dollars.... and they left me with in so much pain...

I thought the $19.99 Groupon was a great deal but this experience has been horrible. It started with driving around 20 minutes to find their location while trying to phone them for directions. They finally picked up and told me they were in Walmart. They then try to force 16 x-rays on me and I find out the Dentist to work on me is sick. After X-rays they tried to talk me into $1000 worth of dental work. During the teeth cleaning the Dentist used a grinding instrument to clean. I asked if this would damage the teeth/ gums in any way. She assured me no. Well after the treatment my teeth are clean but I have a gapping whole under one tooth and two teeth with teeth roots showing. Do not waste your money. It's not worth the cheap service

This place is run by lying scumbags. My son went in for a routine check up for school. At the time the office manager "Maria" sold me on a treatment called "Healthy Start" which is a treatment using mouth-guard like device. I informed her about my insurance and she assured me we were within network. (which I latter learned we were not) She quickly made me sign up for care-credit to pay for it in the "meantime". She also assured me that once claimed went into effect, I would be reimbursed. Months and months went by and I hardly heard back from them. I called often but no sign of office manager. It was not until I went in person that I learned she had been fired. A new manager took her place by the name of "Charlene Boyd" and promised to make things right, she was another lying charlatan who pressured me to agree to pay an additional 1000 dollars for a total paid of 2500. She also said she would finally send claim to my assurance and would be reimbursed once insurance paid the claims. Later on the 2nd appliance visit, no orthodontic specialist nor original doctor was present at the time of visit. No a single person was certified in healthy start. Follow up visits have been often called within the same day due to the fact that the doctor who was in charged of healthy start has NOT WORKED in facility over a year. I requested records from my insurance and claim was recently denied in August, 2017 almost a year after my original visit. I reached out to corporate and another scam lying charlatan by the name of Andrea Frost has done nothing but lied about the facts. In her letter of claim denial dated 7/24/2018 she states the following "Dr. Robert Houchin is certified in Invisalign and can be looked up on the website" when he has not been treating doctor for over a year. The claim that they have given me a discount but the fact is that I have paid 2500 when my son has not ever received treatment as he should had been. Recently, I have had many witnesses call and ask if they receive insurances that are NOT in their network and Charlene continues to lie to people. I have numerous witnesses of this deceiving practice. They are fraudulent, lying and only care about sales, but do not care at all about ripping off working families. My son is in need of REAL BRACES and now I cant afford them because they took 2500 from me. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT TRUST A WORD CHARLENE BOYD SAYS!!!! All the way up to corporate are lying and deceiving people.

I had an excellent visit from the waiting room to the dental chair. Doctor V, was amazing, and the front desk clerk Charlene and the assistant Yesenia were also so professional and kind. I would highly recommend using Value Dental to everyone and look forward to doing any and all future dental work here as well.

Love this dentist! The atmosphere is great! All the employees are so nice and they remember their patients. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends and everyone who needs a dentist!

I was a little hesitant to go inside Walmart to get my teeth whitened, but I am so glad I did and nurse Krystal was extremely friendly and patient with me . ( truly amazing customer service from her ) as far as the teeth whitening my teeth got 4 shades whiter than before from only one visit and I am so excited to show them off .

Nice quiet and professional office. Great staff and Dr. Bob is terrific. Would happily come here again. Only reason for -1 star is the trouble they had taking X-rays (lots of retakes...a little disturbing). But great office!

I'm a chicken when it comes to seeing dentist... the closest one to me is Value Dental Ctr. I had a major problem so I had no choice I had to go. I was greeted by a very friendly & a very professional receptionist The dental assistant took an x-ray of the infected tooth then Dr. Butala told me the best solution for me. She proceeded with the procedure unfortunately for me the tooth was so infected it had to be extracted My greatest fear is the needle To my surprise Dr. Butala was extremely gentle, and very patient with me. Of course I did feel the pressure of the needle but no pain. After the procedure I had no pain or any other issues. Now I have to get an implant. To all the young people out there Floss Floss and more Floss. I'm old so don't be like me Floss every night, every day. I'm so glad Dr. Butala was there for me. Thank you

No one likes going to the Dentist, this was the best experience I've ever had, the staff greeting me with a great big smile & the doctor was very gentle explained everything to me and his first priority was to make sure I wasn't in pain! He was also a teaching doctor which I admired he made sure his assistant understood that I was important and that he wanted me comfortable through my procedure. Last but not least it was financially affordable. Thank You
