We loved the dentist dr Houchin that worked there and had a contract with them for a healthy start mouth piece for my children. But then they suddenly closed 1/2019 and didn't notify us and have left my girls without dental care and is about $9000 out even though the contract guaranteed us till they were 17 . Contacting the dental board for fraud.

Scam. They tried to put me to deep cleaning and some other projects costs thousands dollars. When I refused and they didn't clean me teeth. I wasted 1 hour there without getting my teeth clean.

Very nice people very gentle very considerate from the doctor down to the assistance to the x-ray technician they are a beautiful step wonderful family I'm very lucky to have got the chance to go there

My visit was a really good one, all the staff was very kind and they made me feel really comfortable. I recommended Value Dental Center to everyone.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I needed a tooth extraction along with other dental work. Instead of putting me on a antibiotic before extracting my tooth, they pulled it while it was a "hot tooth". The doctor tried to numb my tooth but wasn't successful so she continued to break and extract my tooth while I wasn't numb and in a lot of pain. It was so painful I began sobbing and then was told they would have to give me the gas to help with the pain. The assistant couldn't figure out how to turn it on so I started panicking from the pain and being nervous about getting the gas they didn't know how to use. I tried to breath and remain calm when the dentist tried to pull the tooth again but I still wasn't numb so I was crying telling her to please stop and I actually tried to put my hands up and she then forcefully pulled it out at that moment. As a result of so much trauma to the area from not being extracted while properly numbed I had canker sores all over the extraction site, tongue and corner of my lip which was extremely painful for two weeks. The doctor also did a bone graft which the stitches came out the night of. I've since then had to find another dentist to finish and CORRECT the terrible dental work they started. Please do your research before going to this awful dentist office.

I took my son here and he did very well. Before this visit he was afraid of dentists but not now. People here are really professional and cost is affordable. Definitely I will come back.

We were hesitant about how the experience would be. But we were happily surprised at how nice and professional the staff were and how comfortable they made my four-year-old daughter feel. It was an overall good experience I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I love value dental because the customer service is amazing. The dental assistants know exactly what to do and they are super social and make you feel comfortable when being there. When dental assistants Valerie and Ysenia are there you are definitely going to be in good hands. The receptionist Maria is very on top of things and tells you everything upfront so you know what your going to being paying and other ways you can pay. Go to value dental in Chino, CA. You will not be disappointed!!

It was a pleasant experience getting my exam, and once we new the issues I was having, they were extremely helpful in the process. I don't have the best credit, and they worked with me, and made my payments extremely affordable. To top it off, they were more concerned about my health then the financial side of things as well, which was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend coming to see them if you have any mouth issues.

My Extraction took about 2 minutes. Dr Bob definitely knows Exactly what he is doing. The staff was friendly and kept up the pace. I would sit my children in his seats. I'm going back for a deep cleaning. They will work with you just ask!!!
