My husband and I went to Crystal River location as new patients in May 2022. Never have we experienced such a terrible hygienist. During my husbands cleaning she popped off a crown and left his mouth bleeding from such a rough cleaning. The dentist re-applied the crown but we were responsible for paying for a new crown. They took no responsibility for her gross negligence. My cleaning was horrible and left my mouth sore and bleeding for two days. If you are looking for a dentist - reconsider Value Dental. It will cost you more in the long run.

I've been going to value care for many years but decided to try someone closer to me. Now the crown i had done by someone else was put over a gap which now has a cavity. The crown needs to be removed and totally redone. My dentist and hygienist at value dentist are really great. I feel like I get good care and thats important to me.

Got a mouth full of work done at CR office over a course of a 9 months, By I believe Dr. Rosen (not 100% sure of name). Young guy who seems to know what he is doing. Pretty happy with results, scheduling and pricing (although I have insurance). As happy as one can be going to dentist office :-) and I know a couple of friends who are are patients and feel the same way.

Dr Perez, assistants and office staff provided an above average experience. Crown plus temporary we're quick, painless and not much adjustment. Highly recommended.

Personal experiences and cash paying patient- This is the worst dentist we have ever been to do not bring your kids here do not bring your spouse here They'll just have you show up to your appointment to an empty parking lot and shut down building not bothering to notify you "due to covid" They really don't care about your pain either if you need an extraction done they'll TAKE your whole FACE OUT with it...... If you need a filling done they'll empty out your bank account doing so by charging additional "exam fees" on top of the full price of fillings/extractions Even if you are already an established patient... This place is downright horrible and needs be reported to the better business bureau but in the Meantime save your money and go to Thomas Sedlak in Inverness Florida He's the best local dentist

Moved here 3 years ago. Been to 3 others dentists- this is the first who didn't try to sell me something. Great and caring dentist

very unprofessional. no respect for patients time. customer service stinks. all they want is money. they charge you in full prior to completing work. save your time and go to a dentist/owner who actually on site.

These people treated my grandma terribly! Every time she went there, there was a minimum one hour wait and charged her $2000 for ill fitting plastic teeth that EVERYTHING sticks to and they also gave her a shot that messed up her nerves so now she suffers from constant dizziness. It's been a year and she tells me constantly how they've ruined her life since she can no longer do normal daily functions like driving because of her dizziness. She would sue but just doesn't have the fight in her to now :(

I've been going to value dental since I moved to Florida almost 3 years ago. I've had some prior bad experiences with dentists so I was hesitant going in for work. Every time the staff took all of the time that I needed to feel comfortable and confident moving forward and everyone was gentle and caring. Since going there I feel so much better about having my teeth worked on. The prices are very reasonable as well.

very unprofessional. no respect for patients time. customer service stinks. all they want is money. they charge you in full prior to completing work. save your time and go to a dentist/owner who actually on site.
