Dr. Lewis has lived in the western Treasure Valley since 1988 when she purchased a practice in Caldwell. She was born in California, lived in Maryland where her Dad attended dental school, and grew up in Estes Park, Colorado where he practiced dentistry. She graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1982, where after graduation she worked in various departments and served on short-term mission trips abroad. In 1994 she married Allen, and a year later they built Aspen Dental Center in Payette. After selling the practice she worked in various offices in the western Treasure Valley.
She began working at Carrington College as a Clinical Instructor in the Dental Hygiene department in the fall of 2015; then in 2019 she had the opportunity to work with the great team at Value Dental on Thursdays! She enjoys getting to know her patients and meeting their dental needs.
Dr. Lewis and her husband enjoy time with their three crazy and beautiful female felines; walking their Lab mix sisters; and traveling virtually through the foreign exchange students they have been hosting since 2010. A high point for them was in August 2019 when they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with seven of their kids in Poland, and enjoyed seeing sights in Germany, Austria, and Estonia.
Dr. Leslie Wagner, an Idaho native, attended Boise High School and graduated from University of Idaho in 2005. She worked in footwear product development and design in Seattle, Washington before pursuing her true passion of becoming a dentist.She attended and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Idaho State Dental Association.Dr. Wagner has an esthetic eye and a gentle chair side manner. She enjoys getting to know each individual patient and delivering high quality, timely dental care.In her spare time she enjoys traveling and home design and renovation. Dr. Wagner is an animal, film, and food enthusiast.
I am a native Idahoan and was born and raised in Southeast Idaho. I graduated from Timberline High School in Boise before attending Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho where I earned my Bachelors of Science degree for Dental Hygiene. After graduating in 2012 I moved back to Boise to start practicing clinical dental hygiene and have been working full time in private practice since then. From 2012-2016 I served on the Idaho Dental Hygienist Associations Board of Directors as their Treasurer and met many other awesome hygienists from around the state. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family, taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Idaho has to offer as well as hanging out with my fur-kids Barkley, Ray, and Penny.
I graduated from the dental assisting program from the Institute of Health Technology in 1993 and have been working in the dental and orthodontics fields for twenty-five years. I have worked as a New Patient Coordinator, Dental Assistant, and an Orthodontic Assistant. For the last four years, I have worked as a Scheduling Coordinator for Value Dental where I enjoy getting to be the first one to greet and interact with the patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, paddle boarding, hiking, and biking.
I graduated 2017 from Carrington College with honors. I recently turned 21, and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I live in Nampa with my significant other, Trevor and our fur-baby, Keanu. I plan on starting my prerequisites to pursue a further career in dentistry.
I have been working in the dental field since Dr. Hess and Dr. Moss hired me almost 23 years ago. When Im not working, I love hanging out at home with my husband Jeff and our two dogs Marley and Aiden. I have three kids who I love almost more than my dogs (just kidding). I used to live in OC before moving back to Boise 3 years ago and could not be happier I am thankful to call Boise my home.

I came in to value dental with bad fitting dentures from my previous dentist, they fixed me up and even talked me into getting implants they are very affordable and went in very nicely with a little amount of pain. I would recommend them to anyone that's looking for a good professional,courteous dentist Dr Hess and his staff make you feel right at home.

Dr Zach smith is the man! Had some work done the other day and honestly it was the best dental experience ever. It changed my perception to "going to the dentist" from "Texas chain saw massacre" to "its a wonderful life". Zach is new to town but not new to the gentle art of dentistry. Passionate, professional, engaged, caring, gentle. 10/10 would recommend

My first visit was about a year ago and I have been thrilled with the excellent and friendly service, warm greetings and caring staff. Dr Hess is amazing. I had two dental implants that have been an excellent choice to have done at Value Dental. I have been extremely satisfied with the services I have received there, including x-rays, cleanings and implants. The entire staff is great!

Had a tooth that was only getting worse.. they had financing options available, and they seemed to enjoy the work they do! Very helpful, explaining everything going on and what we can do going forward. Called and checked up on me the next day. Amazing group!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Leslie Wagner for about a year now, she is the most gentle dentist I've ever been to. She takes her time because she is through and does everything the right way. She's a wonderful person and does a tremendous job!!! The staff there is wonderful too. I'll never go anywhere else.

I love these people. We worked a plan and phase 1 went beautifully. I was a little nervous as we had quite a visit today and they made it a breeze. I got beautiful teeth today and we even shared tears. I was quoted TRIPLE the cost at the other office. Value Dental is absolutely incredible.

I came here for a second opinion and won't stop coming back! We live in Nampa but still find it worth it to come out here. Their prices can't be beat. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and definitely make you feel welcome. I've also never had to wait for a long time here. Some other places I'm spending most of my time waiting, but they get you in and out efficiently. Definitely a good experience and good price point!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Every single employee at this place is so sweet and personable! Love the doctor as well. I felt like I was meticulously cared for and valued and I paid half the price of Aspen Dental. I was greeted by name every single time I walked in the front door. Highly recommend!

I had to go in 5 different times for them to repair my tooth that kept falling out. They equipment that rinsed out my mouth was faulty and water was pouring out over my shirt. I went to another dentist and they fixed the tooth in one sitting.

The pricing was very manageable and the staff was very nice HOWEVER, the dentist i worked with took it upon herself to ask me about my nicotine addiction which at first I figured was critical to my medical history but then had the audacity to ask about my relationship with god?! I told her i didn't have one and not that it was any of her business but i didn't believe in god. She continued to tell me that she hopes I change my mind and for my sake I develop a relationship with god down the road. I was completely taken back by the lack of professionalism. I will never go back to this establishment and it's upsetting because the prices fit in my budget. I hope this woman is confronted so others don't feel as uncomfortable as i did. The lecture was incredibly unnecessary.
