The staff was very pleasant and informative. We didn't have to wait to check in or for someone to see about my son. The nurse met us at the door and gave us full details on what's going to happen. The Dr's who were doing the procedure also was very pleasant & gave us the information needed as well. It wasn't anything that was left unsaid & the procedure did not take long at all. The facility was clean and smelled really good. And the energy was exactly what was needed. I loved the experience and defintely recommend this place for all of your dental surgical needs.

The staff were great! Thanks for giving my Grandbaby Layona the best care. She had an amazing recovery & the ladies that helped us were excellent, patient, & caring. Made me feel very comfortable during my wait. Dr. Cunningham and her staff were amazing.

Dr. Cunningham is hands down the best ... I'm hard of hearing and have trouble communicating on the phone so she gave me her number so that I could text her if I had any concerns after my 6y old had surgery. The staff are awesome as well so nice and comforting. Clean and beautiful place inside and out.

I had an awesome experience with both of my boys ages 3 and 4. Dr. Vissichell and all the nurses and staff are awesome and super friendly. Thank you guys keep up the awesome work.

Dr. Edwards the anesthesiologist and Dr. Dunston the doctor and the team this morning made a big difference for my son who is autistic. This was definitely the experts today who showed kindness but humility to my son and I with his disability to be able to get the procedure done.

My experience at the facility in Fayetteville NC was beyond phenomenal. The attention and caring that they showed to my grandson was unmatched. They made him feel comfortable, and answered ALL of the family's questions without missing a beat. The staff has a warmth that cannot be falsified. This, along with their depth of knowledge, makes the process more than palatable. I am appreciative of the manner in which they treated the whole process, making sure that the patient had everything needed for a complete recovery.

2 of my children had dental surgery at the Fayetteville location yesterday and from the lobby to the back they were AWESOME!!! They made all of us feel welcomed, explained everything clearly and even called twice after their procedures to make sure they were recovering alright! Dr. Reed, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, receptionist everyone was so nice and friendly & on point! Thank you Valleygate wish every place had y'alls great staff & hospitality!!!

Valleygate Dental Surgery Center is an amazing facility for children who need dental surgery. This beautiful, child-friendly place doesn't look scary like a hospital setting, but more like a fun, play center when you walk in the doors. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend this state-of-the-art facility!
