Moved into the area, had a tooth emergency and started calling around. 4-5 calls later found VVD. They gave me an appointment right away, when no one else would and were very helpful. Dr. And staff very friendly as well and will be my dentist now. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and Awful service. The dentist called me "hon" and "honey" which I don't appreciate. They hid fees and charged me an extra $600 for services I didn't ask for and was never told about those fees. They refused to give any sort of refund also. Beware of this place.

Ok dentist with some of the most rude and disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. It's too bad I can't leave zero stars as I am appalled by the complete lack of respect for their customers. My wife was subject of humiliating and rude questioning over and over again by the receptionist Sally about her ability to pay for procedure that has been already discussed and agreed upon. She was asked repeatedly exactly how she will be paying, with which credit card or debit card and where is she gonna get the money from..... I mean who asks questions like that?? We both have been customers for a long time and we have ALWAYS paid in full at the time of service and have NEVER giving them any issue and suddenly to be subjected to this grilling was infuriating. My wife cancelled her appointment, but unfortunately for me I was in the middle of crown procedure so I had no choice but to let them finish in the following week. When I went there and was already siting on the chair I was accosted by a man who introduced himself as Artin and demanded that I pay immediately or they won't finish the procedure. He also wanted to know how am I gonna pay? Again at no time in past or present me or my family had any issue with paying them what we owed at the time of service. At this point I started to loose my cool and he was smart enough to back up. Realizing they messed up big time Artin offered me 10% off after ....lol...what a joke. This is not about the money, it's about treating people like a human beings. It's clear they have no clue about customer service and I have filed a complain with the dental board of California. I find their pricing inconsistent and sketchy and they ran our insurance to zero in no time.....they love to take Xrays. There are plenty of great and polite dentist in the area that will treat you with respect, so there is absolutely no reason to even bother with them.

I have been a patient of Valley Village Dentistry for almost ten years and have had the greatest experience here. Dr. Khachian and her staff are great and are like family. I had my clear braces put in at this office, I come every six months for cleaning and check ups; it's always great to come here. They are also great with kids. Every time I tell my 7 year old that it's time to go to the dentist she gets super excited and she feels comfortable. They are so sweet and patient with her. I definitely recommend them. Thanks to all the staff!!! :-)

Dr Khachian at the Valley Village Dentistry is very kind and gentle. Staff is super attentive and nice too. When I arrive for my appointment, I'm always greeted and treated like part of the family. The office is super clean, well lit and their equipments are state of the art.

I have been going to valley village Dentistry for many many years. The best dentist. Dr. Khachian is an excellent and incredibly gentle dentist. Dr. Khachian listens to her patients and does not recommend unnecessary dental procedures. Super compassionate, friendly, and easy to handle for people with anxiety. I would highly recommend her to everyone that is looking for a dentist!

I've been a patient of the doctor for many years. The service at this office is great, not much of waiting and it's always clear of what the problem is and what needs to be done. She is well skilled and work with her team flows. I do my cleaning here too. Thank you.

Dr. Khachian is the best dentist I have ever been to. I was in serious pain from a tooth, so much so that I could not chew on one side of my mouth for a year. I went to two different dentists who told me I needed a root canal to fix the pain. I called Dr. Khachian's office to book the root canal and she took the time to further exam the tooth to find what two other dentists had missed. I didn't actually need a root canal I had a cracked filling that once fixed would get rid of the pain. This superior attention to detail and care of her patients is what makes her such an outstanding dentist/ human being. The whole office is so warm, caring and welcoming, I actually look forward to coming to the dentist now. I could not recommend Dr. Khachian and her team highly enough!

I was shopping for a new dentist as my old centrist sold his practice and I didn't like the dentist who bought It. I love this doc and the entire staff. I highly recommend to anyone!!

I feel so comfortable coming here. Had a phobia of dentistry for 20 years and they were the first I saw a few months back. I've had 6 procedures there since and every one has been fantastically executed. Plus, they're good people overall. Highly recommended.

I love and adore Dr Emineh Khachian so much! My family and I have been going to her for years and we are all very happy with the results. Emineh is very professional and certainly an expert in what she does (best in my opinion) but she is also warm and caring and all around a wonderful person. It's a great feeling when you know you are in good hands and getting the best of the best to take care of you. Her team is the exact reflection of her, they are all very professional and caring. They are also super punctual, in all these years I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I can't thank Emineh and her team enough for all the wonderful care they have provided over the years for my family and I!

I can get carried away by how much I am going to praise this place, but Dr. Khachian and the entire staff, are second to none. I have been to various dental facilities in three different states because of my work locations, but after being here upon relocating to LA, they are simply the best. You will feel like family, trust me, and Sally the office admin, is the best when it comes to details and simply being kind to you. My family and I love it here. I highly recommend them.
