Valley View Health Center is a non-profit, federally qualified health center committed to providing quality integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of the ability to pay. We currently have 13 locations, serving patients in three counties. Valley View Health Center has provided over 655,700 patient visits since 2004. We are continually expanding our services to include more clinic locations, new services in specialties for behavioral health, pediatrics, and pharmacy.

Doctor Larson and his team are awesome. They are there to help you. They are knowledgeable and direct and help you choose a course that is right for your teeth. Easy to schedule and rarely have to wait for your appointment. Staff is friendly and helpful if you have questions. Best of all, his shots are almost painless.lol.

I see Dr. Larsen regularly for dental exams & cleanings. I am always seen right on time, if not early, for my appointments. Dr. Larsen and his staff are all super nice & knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable there in spite of the fact that I spend at least 80% of my time there with some sort of lethal metal weapon shoved into my mouth. ((;^D

I felt doctor Larson truly cared about my personal feelings towards my dental care and dental health. I also felt he put much thought into my treatment plan. I am anxious to continue treatment by him. I can say the same for the hygienist. She was very informed and gave me a lot of information on my home dental care.

Been trying to get records from their office for a few days now and I am getting the run around... I have worked in dental offices for many years... Requesting x rays and records should not be so hard....

I will start from the first visit. I got ex rays and I had two cavities. I was told I needed my teeth cleaned first. I have upper dentures and lower partials so I only have 7 front teeth left. I came and got them cleaned and they said I only get 4 of them cleaned this time and the other 3 in a month because of my insurance. Now I have had these 7 cleaned many times before with the same insurance. It didn't make sense to me. I came back to get my fillings and everything went good until the numbness wore off. I was feeling serious pain from anything sweet, even ketchup and stuff like that. So I made another visit and he redid the fillings. I came home and this time it seemed to be fine. I got a call saying my visit for the cleaning was canceled because of some work they were doing to the building. I still have not gotten my other 3 teeth done yet. It's been almost a year since the last time and I started to have pain again in the filled tooth. I called and they had me come in for a ex ray. So now the filling is to deep and pushing on the root. So they say I need a root canal. They don't do them so I got a referral for a place that is 90 miles away in another state.... OMG what the heck is wrong with these people. I was sent home with antibiotics and some ibuprofen. Now my face is swollen clear to my eye and all the way down my neck and I'm so miserable. I would not go there if you have a choice..

I haven't even used them yet and I'm giving them 1 star. Had my appointment scheduled months ago a an exam, cleaning and X-rays for May 26th. I made sure I was back from my vacation in the Virgin Islands early ( would have changed my appointment and stayed longer, but I didn't want to mess with that) got back early on the 24th, received an email to confirm on the 24th which I did and an hour later they called to inform me my appointment was canceled. Really??? So I could have stayed on vacation longer and now you rescheduled me for the end of June right at the start of wildfire season. I'm an engine boss for a local company. Totally disgusted with this plus I'm on an indefinite waiting list to fix a broken tooth and that has to be done before fire season. My other dentists have always fit me in in an emergency which this will be soon I'm sure. My dad had a dental practice years ago and never treated his patients like this, but when you are the only game in town they do what they want to.

They never answer the phone. It'll ring for literally 5 minutes according to my call log. And calling at different hours does no difference. No matter early or afternoon. If u get through consider urself lucky. In my opinion, the receptionists suck. Except the blonde one who actually smiles and looks like she wants to be there. (Only seen her once) Depressing when u go in. They don't seem to have happy attitudes. (Ive been going there for years same people) And treat you like you annoy them Larson and other staff is great! No complaints. Just reception.

Dr. Woo is vary good! I have had 2 teath pulled ny him a year apart. I wont go anyware else!! He talks you through the prosses to help with any fears. He is so fast! It took less than 30 seconds to pull my tooth and i didnt even feel it! I highly recomend him!

Always behind schedule. My appt was set for 330 and it is now 420. I have yet to see the doctor. Patient with appt at 4 seen before me. All I need is basic exam takes a whole whopping 5 minutes. Super ridiculous. I do not recommend this office. Go somewhere where you feel welcomed and important. Dr. LARSON has no care in the world.

My husband had two teeth extracted by Dr. Larson and he was very good! He and the staff made an uncomfortable situation very quick and easy. The staff was very nice and very helpful. They even called us when there was a cancellation to get us in sooner. We will definetly refer others to this dental office and we will continue to go here for our dental needs.
