Valley View Health Center is a non-profit, federally qualified health center committed to providing quality integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of the ability to pay. We currently have 13 locations, serving patients in three counties. Valley View Health Center has provided over 655,700 patient visits since 2004. We are continually expanding our services to include more clinic locations, new services in specialties for behavioral health, pediatrics, and pharmacy.

Staff treats each patient with the individual needs of the child. Extra care is taken to ensure that the patient is not in pain during procedures.

Dr. Godfrey and assistants are great! My son is autistic and they always accommodate him and try to make the appointments as quick and easy as possible. I even mentioned a toy he liked at a previous time so they went and found him another. Great people!

Staff here are very nice and helpful. Good too see the same people there caring for my son for 13 years.

I've been taking my kids to see Dr G for a few years now. He's patient and kind with them. He explains every step he's going to do and engages in light conversation to keep them calm. The dentist can be a scary experience for little kids but Dr G always keeps a calm and relaxing environment.

Dr. Godfrey & his assistants were wonderful. My son received top notch care. He can be pretty uncooperative at times, & all the staff were very patient & accommodating. They all have excellent, calming demeanors & a high standard of professionalism.

They have been doing a very good job. They are very respectful and caring and let's my children and I know what's going on. They let me and my children know what there going to do before they do anything. I am definitely going to be taking my children back. Thank you for all you do for our family.

This office has been ok for things basics like annual check ups - however my 5 year old son is now on his way to urgent care due to an ulcerated lip from the tooth cap procedure done two days ago. He's been in significant pain since the procedure. I don't understand what was done to cause this but I'm not happy and will not be returning.

Do yourself a favor....go elsewhere! The two front desk girls are very unfriendly, too preoccupied with talking to each other or the hygienists about nothing to do with the job, or texting on their phones, even while your standing there waiting to turn in paperwork. They have no time to actually do their job and actually help you out and make you a happy customer/patient. The hygienists spend more time messing around with each other and running in the back room talking and giggling, instead of getting patients back and seen. You have to wait months just to get a filling because apparently being a patient there for nearly 10 years means nothing. They never can fit you in sooner even if it's an emergency ( so they say) Really what I think it is, they are lazy and actually making a phone call would take away from them texting on their phones. Forget getting in at your scheduled appointment time most of the time....they are always running late! This place is a joke! I really wish I knew where to file a complaint in Lewis County against them. Seriously.... take your kids elsewhere! Bring back Popes Kids Place and their staff please!

Valley View medical and dental offices have got to be the worst option for anyone seeking medical attention. I'd love to share the multiple bad experiences my children and myself have suffered from do to the manner in which there offices handle scheduling, procedures, recommended alternative offices for procedures outside of their capacity, but quite frankly I'd weather write an essay regarding this matter to my local congressman then have to walk through the hellish encounter here writing a review as well
