Really enjoyed the experience at this dentist office. First visit was very pleasant and the staff was extremely considerate and responsive. The staff worked with me to get the care I needed and on a timeline that worked for me. Highly recommend this dentist office for anyone in the area.

I have had a lot of dental work done by Dr Gil. My teeth were an absolute mess since having chemotherapy 10 years ago. He is very caring and diligent with his work.The assistants and the office staff are very friendly and accommodating. Now if only there was a treasure box to pick a prize from for being exceptional patients. Lol

I always look forward to going to my dentist appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the office is spotless.They offer many dental services. I highly recommend Valley Springs Dental.

Recently, I had my first appointment at Valley Springs Dental. Upon arriving I was kindly greeted and asked to fill out paperwork. I was taken in right away and greeted by the friendly staff for X-rays, an evaluation, and a cleaning. Coming to the dentist usually is not a pleasant experience for me but, this changed it. I felt really comfortable and well taken care of. They explained everything thoroughly and even went as far as explaining my X-rays to me. I look forward to Valley Springs Dental becoming my permanent dentist.

Dr. Gill and his staff are the best! I needed extensive dental work and had anxiety about the procedures (deep cleaning, three fillings and four crowns). Not only did the crowns turn out beautifully, Dr. and his staff were kind, caring, detail oriented and helped me work through my dental office anxieties, even offering nitrous oxide. Oh and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend this office.

This dental office is the first dental care I received after moving to Valley Springs. (2 1/2 years ago) The front office staff was fine, Dr. Gill was fine. He wasn't super personable, but polite. The Hygienist was good and my teeth felt clean. I was told by the dentist that I needed a few crowns. I didn't want to have them done right away because, even though I have good dental insurance, my portion was about $350 each. I was told to call when I was ready. I called a few times a couple of months later, left messages on the machine, no response. I called again a few days later, on a Friday, and spoke to a person. I told her that I had left a few messages on the machine, she apologized and said that she was off of work, due to a death in the family. I told her it was fine for her to could call me back on Monday. She said she would call me back to check out what my part of the payment would be mine and to schedule my crowns. Monday came and went. A week came and went, after that, I was just annoyed I am done. It seems, in this office, follow through it's not their strong point. This was just one example of the few times that I had called and received no response back. I have since changed dentists.

Dr. Gill and his entire staff are amazing! I came to them filled with anxiety and fear of the dentist, but their professionalism and courtesy toward me alleviated those feelings. Having the option to use "laughing gas" was very helpful to me to endure the procedure and knowing that sedation is available if I ever have major work done is a blessing. I also very much appreciate that they didn't try to talk me into additional expensive procedures, or make me feel stupid for putting off my dental visit for years. Dr. Gill and his staff are simply the best!

Very nice practice. Didn't have to wait long. Staff was very knowledgeable. Friendly and honest. I didn't mind driving an hour to get there. I've been to multiple dentist this last year. And their the best.

Dr. Gill and his staff are amazing. My family has been with them over 3 years now and we are very satisfied with the services we receive. He is very nice and takes his time to understand patient concerns. I dread getting shots specially in mouth, but with Dr. Gill its has been much easier.

Got temporary crown and never called me back. Called them 3 months later and said they tried calling which was a lie. They put crown on and let me leave with huge gap between teeth. Now I call to get it fixed and told me they will call me back when she talks to dentist and never calls me back. I have tried 3 times calling and never return my call. They are crooked do not go there I paid a thousand out of pocket and now have to go to new dentist to get fixed. I don't make a lot of money so thanks for ripping me off valley dental
