Had an emergency extraction done. Staff was very friendly. The surgeon was quick, no pain at all. They even called the next day to see how I was feeling. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars on actual procedure but 2 for lies and deceitfulness. At consult, doctor sat me down and explained my extraction and offer me an instant implant. He showed me on a mouth sample what I was getting. That sample was a complete replacement including the implant, abutment and crown. I assumed an implant was the complete deal because he never explained differently and I only learned that afterwards. When I woke from the procedure he said "now you just got to go to your dentist and get it finished". He never told me anything about that! Next complaint, at consult I was given a detailed explanation of the the charges and it included 4 -15 minute charges for anesthesia. Unfortunately for them, there was a clock in front of me during to procedure. From mask on to mask off was 30 minutes. At my check up 3 Weeks later, I asked about this and confronted the doctor on his deceit, both of which he denied. I sat down with the supervisor and office manager and was told I'd get a printout from the anesthesia machine. They only sent me a handwritten detail of the procedure, of course showing exactly one hour of anesthesia. All I'm saying is, look at your watch and remember the time and make sure you understand EXACTLY what you're getting!

Its a shame I don't remember the Dr. name or nurse b/c everyone was so nice. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth out b/c I don't like surgeries. But they assured me everything was going to be okay. I loved how polite everyone was from check in to check out. ( I also ended up going to the wrong location at first and they were still able to get me in when I got to the right location) I would total recommend this place to anyone who needs there wisdom teeth removed.

My crown removal by Dr. Jaime Cernansky, went so well. I had no pain at all as he had promised. I have a needle phobia but Dr. Cernansky had such a gentle touch and he explained everything he did step by step. The Dr. And his staff were excellent thats why I gave a 5 star review. Would i go back for any future dental, yes I would.

Dr Hill and staff were excellent. I was referred to them from my dentist for an emergency extraction. Dr explained the procedure in layman details what to expect. In and out of office in less than 2 hrs! Very clean and professional. Would recommend to all.Masks were worn at all times by staff.I would prefer to see a face behind the mask/genius. Maybe a picture of the attending physician in the room?

I went to two different locations and was turned away twice. This was all because they were too lazy to run my insurance card before I came in to their offices. I've been in a lot pain for awhile and this wasted about a month of my time waiting for appointments. My advice is if you're able to go somewhere else do it. You will most likely avoid what I went through with these people. Very unprofessional support staff.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth out and the experience was better than I thought it would be! The staff was incredibly friendly and I didn't feel a thing other than a small pinch when they put the IV in. Highly recommend going here!

Would give 10 stars if I could. I had to have 3 teeth extracted while being put under. I have an extreme phobia of needles. Worse then most cases. My dr did EVERYTHING in his power to help me through what I thought was going to be the most traumatic experience. It was a breeze because of him. Not only did he make me so comfortable that I had ZERO pain or even anxiety during the whole experience but I also healed very quickly without needing any pain medication. A year later my husband needed an emergency tooth extraction and they took care of him within a few days. 1 day to xray, a few for antibiotics to help, then extracted. My husband also had zero complaints. Only place we will go to for oral surgery. Period!

This is Stacy Savage. I just wanted to take the time to comment on the outstanding job Dr. Markus Hill, D.M.D. did in performing extractions of my upper teeth. It was quick, painless and very professional. I would recommend Dr. Hill, for anyone who is in need of an oral surgeon.

Dr.Hill was very nice and gentle and careful. I got 2 of my teeth extracted and one of it was my wisdom tooth. I was a wake when he did it and he was making sure I was ok while he was working on it. I also had stitches but didn not feel anything he really numb me good. I thought it would have been difficult since they were my last 2 teeth all the way the upper corner but I was done in 30-40m.Reason I gave 4start bc front desk ppl needs to welcome you with little bit of smile on their face so doesnt look like they were force to work their. Other than that Im happy with 5 start. Thanks Dr.Hill.

No Mask for me. So I received a call from Trooper ___. I have a Pending Criminal Arrest Harassment charge from trooper ____, He gave me the warning on Thursday July 8th. Here's the truth.. On June 10, my husband went to have implant surgery. After the pain killer wore off. He was in pain. It went on a few weeks. We were told it's normal. On July 2, the implant fell out. We tried to leave a message on the vm. The Lehighton office machine wasn't working properly. I was able to leave a message on the Allentown and Bethlehem office. It was a holiday weekend. I tried to call the Lehighton office on Monday July 5th. It was the Monday holiday. I called on Tuesday July 6th. I wasn't able to get through to Lehighton office. I drove there. I was told the office manager would handle the appointment. I went home and I waited until 430pm. Then called the office. They were working on an appointment. I was put on hold. Finally he was going to be seen on July 8th. July 8th, off to the office. My husband wasn't comfortable going to the office alone. I'm so over the politics(Biden/Trump)politics. A few times in the office, I was told to put on a mask. 2 women in the office made a few statements to me. I responded, they should feel comfortable wearing a mask. I nicely told the office ,"No thank you." The office called the State Troopers. Throoper___ called me, said I was reported for violence and harassment . The statement of valley oral surgery.... So "No thank you" is harassment and violence. Not sure if my husband's implant will ever be fixed properly. He goes back in October.

I never ever leave bad reviews. Because I know that if you have nothing nice to say, to not say anything at all. But in this instance, I felt compelled to warn other potential patients about the treatment they will be experiencing. I was referred to this place from my dentist because I had to remove my wisdom tooth. I never felt so aggravated and discriminated against. I walked in, in moderate pain after waiting four days for my appointment. During this time, nobody contacted me to begin registration. But I arrived earlier than my appointment ( it was at 3 but I arrived at 2) and I started filling it out. After they took the X-rays, the doctor called me to an office and doctor Wu Zheng explained the procedure to me. He was trying to show me how implants work. I told him I don't want anything, and I would go back to my original doctor to do whatever I had to do. He said "so we need to schedule a new appointment for That". I said no, I drove one hour here, for an extraction today. It's Friday, and I don't want to be in pain. He said, "are you okay with local anesthesia?" And I said yes. In one moment, I felt that he was trying to avoid the procedure. But I let it go. Then, he said wait for the nurse until we get all your insurance information. A couple minutes after, the nasty front desk employee told me that they couldn't validate my husbands insurance and that I had to pay $300 or not have the procedure at all. I completely refused to accept this, and I told her I would wait until they could contact my insurance. They were thinking I would leave. Then they called me again, and said they definitely couldn't get a hold of the insurance people. It was in that moment that I raised my voice. I told them that I am not moving until they contact my insurance. So I called my husband, who is the insurance owner, and in 30 seconds he get the insurance company to fax it over to them. This shows that it wasn't an insurance problem, or anything of the sort. They were so lazy just to run my insurance (like other reviews state on this page). It only showed that they wanted the upfront payment no matter what. I was almost ready to walk away because I felt so terrible. They called me in to the room, and when he was giving me anesthesia, you could see that he was so annoyed with the entire situation, and did his best to hurt me. The extraction took two minutes. He said "you're done" and he left. The nurse was so nice, and helped me with everything after the procedure. She was so insightful, and she did her absolute best to comfort me after my procedure. Her name is Michelle. All in all, DON'T EVER GO HERE. Especially on a Friday afternoon. Pull your own tooth with pliers before you ever come here.
