My first time at valley oral surgery, had a wonderful experience, staff and Doctor are very professional and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend them for your dental care needs. Very nice I was impressed.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The Receptionist were very helpful and polite and the dental assistance as well. Dr Joshua Gregory was the best. Very professional and human. The procedure was fast and I didn't feel anything. I thank him for taking my case, I took my four wisdom tooth out, I appreciate it this so much. May God continue to bless your hands to work on helping others with love as you did. Great place 100 recommended

Let me start out by saying that I'm so grateful to Wanda in Central scheduling for VOS. I unexpectedly needed to get a tooth pulled, my insurance was ending on October 30th, and my family had planned a graduation party for me on October 29th. Wanda went over and beyond to get my appointment moved up. So, I would have time to heal for my party. And the awesome Dr. Gregory moved me up even earlier, on his schedule. I barely experienced any discomfort following the days of healing. He does exceptional work! He has such a calming and confident demeanor, that I was singing all the way to my car, Lol. Thank you to the staff at VOS, job well done!!!!

The staff members at Valley Oral Surgery in Bethlehem were very welcoming, professional and efficient Dr. Cernansky D.M.D., M.D. , was amazing. He was very kind and compassionate. He explained each part of my procedure, which greatly relieved my anxiety. His support staff were wonderful. My procedure and recovery were a tremendous success and I would highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Cernansky D.M.D, M.D. to anyone who has the need.

The staff and Doctors are amazing.. They are very kind and caring...kudos to the receptionist wanda front desk she was awesome... Also the doctors are the nicest I have ever met...every single staff member was great...

Got me in within 24hrs. Did the consult, followed with procedure, at the time of first visit. Everyone was so very kind, helpful ,up beat, and professional. I will HIGHLY recommend, and return for any future issues. Absolutely,.. Nothing but good things to say. To the Drs. and staff.. I thank you..

The lack of communication is ridiculous! The front desk lady was so snarky. Have minimal explanation and expected you to be her mind reader. Waited over an hour to be seen! Almost as a punishment. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

If i could give a zero i would weighted for ever for appointment then drove almost 2 hours to be told they wont take my insurance even after thet told me they did when i made the appoint now another 2 hour drive home for nothing. worst experience ever, cant imagine the shotty work they do. Even the office people had attitude seemed like it was a inconvenience they had to do thier job. I did pre register my insurance and you all tried to get me to pay cash like it was no big deal thanks for the almost 4 hr drive but Smile Crafters are taking care of me thank god.

June 16 2021 is the Day I met Dr. Hill at Valley Oral Surgery Bethlehem Location ! For several weeks due too a very badly broken tooth I experienced some of THEE worst mouth pain I've ever had in my life NO oral surgeon anywhere would help me in a timely manner with the situation I was in ! I found my self in the ER of Lehigh Valley Hospital in terrible pain they referred me Too Valley Oral Surgery I called the office 1st thing in the morning and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist WHO really got the ball rolling once I explained how dire my situation was ! Within 1 hour of that phone call My tooth was out, Dr. Hill came into the room and very quickly jumped into action explaining everything to me as it happened and his gentle hands caused me NO more additional pain than I was already in ! If you are in need of Oral Surgery Services I highly recommend Dr. Markus Hill DMD this guy is good ! I can not say enough GREAT things about this Doctor and this practice

From day one everyone was very nice. They explained everything and told us what we needed to do and know for the surgery. They supplied scripts before surgery day which is very helpful. They sent us home with supplies which made it easier. Would recommend Valley Oral Surgery to everyone.
