As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. That is why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking digital x-rays. A review of your medical history provided by your general dentist can help us stay informed of your overall health and we will instruct you on preparation prior to surgery.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Working for Dr. Schwarz for over 19 years has been such a blessing. The people I work with are like my second family. I have worked for Valley OMS since 2006. I am a treatment coordinator and primarily responsible for patient education. I am also the coordinator for Seattle Study Club of South Texas, which is led by Dr. Schwarz.

I have been a part of the Valley OMS family since 1992. I am so blessed to have cultivated amazing long-term relationships with my coworkers/friends and have learned so much from my experience here. Outside of the office, I am a busy mom to a daughter who enjoys basketball and love spending time with my family. I am also involved in my church as a volunteer in our First Impressions Team and small groups ministry. Working at Valley OMS enriches my day; I am happy to be part of a growing practice that puts effort into educating and caring for our patients.

Over the last eight years, I have been a member of this exceptional team; it has been a constant learning experience. I have blossomed and am currently the head receptionist and work with our insurance and billing department. I am blessed with a loving spouse and five amazing kids. We live in Edinburg, Texas. I love spending time with my family, and look forward to our weekends together jet skiing, fishing at the beach, and especially barbecuing on football weekends. My motto to them and myself has always been to treat others as you wish to be treated. I apply this motto here at Valley OMS, where I strive to attend to our patients with love, kindness and respect.

I have been a part of the Valley OMS team since 2016. My responsibilities consist of scheduling, creating treatment plans, and receiving payment for treatment being administered. Working for Dr. Schwarz and alongside this team does not feel like a job, but a family coming together to create a safe space for our patients.

I have been at Valley OMS since 2006. VOMS has a special place in my heart, it has brought me blessings, lessons and special people into my life. We are kind, we are joyful and we care for our patients. These are traits Dr. Schwarz has instilled not only into this practice but onto me personally.

I have been a surgical assistant at Valley OMS since 2001 and its been a great learning experience for me. Im very grateful to be part of an amazing team (more like a family) with such a great boss, Dr. Schwarz. I enjoy spending time with my family and painting in my spare time.

I am a registered dental assistant. In 2021, I became a part of VOMS family. Some hobbies that I enjoy doing are: going to the gym to focus on my fitness, spending time with my family and spending time outdoors. What I love about working at VOMS is diversity. I am a Registered Dental Assistant with Valley OMS since 2021. My Hobbies include: Reading, watching movies and anime, video games. Valley OMS is agreat atmosphere. Everyone is kind and respectful and there is always something to learn every day.

Working at VOMS is like no other experience. Ive had to transition from dental cleanings to preventive implant care and use of ND: Yag laser. My favorite part of working at VOMS is the patient care.I greatly enjoy helping transform patients smiles. Making sure each patient I see has a great experience makes all the difference to me.

On my spare time I enjoy baking. My favorite cakes have got to be making Wedding and Quinceanera cakes. To me a cake is like my canvas where I can get as creative as the occasion calls for. I love paying attention to detail which I feel makes me a great baker and a great hygienist. I cant wait to see you in our office.

I have been employed with Valley OMS collectively for 13 years. I enjoy reading theology, spending time with my kids and my husband. I love TV shows and travel. Psalm 51 is my go to prayer and I pray everyone I meet leave better about themselves & practice to be kind.
