I was able to get an appointment within a week. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, including Dr Schneider. I even received a follow up phone call. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

They did a great job with removing a tooth for my 12 year old. He is terrified of needles and I knew it was going to be a challenge that could very well end in us having to leave. They listened to my concerns directly, did not dismiss my warning, and were able to make him comfortable. We were in and out within an hour or two. Three different people explained aftercare and pick up logistics. As a worried mom, that was probably a reasonable amount of times to tell me. :) I received a few calls after the surgery from the nurse checking in and giving advice where needed. I was charged an estimated amount for the surgery and received a refund when my insurance claim went through. This was a really great experience end to end and I'm really glad I chose this place.

My daughter was a nervous wreck going in for surgical tooth extractions! I cannot say enough good things about Tina and Dr. Schneider (and the other staff). They handled her and her fears so well and everything went great!

I got my wisdom teeth out here about a week ago and the staff was nice however they failed to tell me or my driver that I had stitches. The sheet they give you says you and your driver will be notified if you have stitches. When I called to ask if my stitches were going to dissolve or if I had to come back in, the said I only had them on one side when I did have them on both sides. My dentist also got a letter from them after my procedure saying that they removed one of my wisdom teeth that I didn't even have.

The nurse here straight up said its like working with a child when she walked out the room. Very unprofessional and rude. I couldn't believe she said that.

We appreciated working with Valley Oral & Facial Surgery. They were helpful, thorough, patient while answering my questions, and followed up the day of and the day after my daughter's surgery. When she needed a follow up check up, they were able to fit her into their schedule THAT day! The doctor and staff were so nice and understanding. I would highly recommend Valley Oral & Facial Surgery.

I just got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a great experience (for what it can be :)) I was extremely nervous and I was walked through every step of the process, the nurses were reassuring as well. I was given thorough after care info and was still experiencing some pain days after and the surgeon had me come in and he helped fill my sockets with paste. I would highly recommend them!

I would recommend them to anyone that is need of a oral surgery. They were very friendly and helpful. They answered every single question I had. They also followed up the next day to make sure everything was going alright. This was 3 years ago and now I'm back again . Still holds true ! Highly recommend them !

When we entered Valley Oral & Facial Surgery, we were greeted by Katie at the front desk. She was SO friendly, helpful, and welcoming. After my son's procedure, Dr. Schneider got back to me right away about questions I had. He listened and was very thorough about answering all my questions. I felt that my child was truly in great hands! Thank you!!

I would NOT recommend. The front desk gave us a quote that was $1500 off. Billing department was VERY rude. NO customer service. I would recommend avoiding this clinic.
