I have enjoyed practicing dentistry in Manteca for over 25 years. I grew up on a farm in Lockeford, California, and have spent my life here in the Central Valley. I attended The University of the Pacific (as did my two daughters) where I joined a community service sorority and am still active with my chapter. I attended the University of Pacific, now the Dugoni School of Dentistry, and I continue to spend time in The City, active with the Board of The Pacifics Dental School Alumni Association. I enjoy being active in my community, church and in the San Joaquin Dental Society where I am a past President. I also enjoy gardening, travel and spending time with family and friends.

Knowing that many people are fearful of dental treatment, I undertook certification training in DOCS and Oral Conscious Sedation. These techniques allow my patients to receive care in a very relaxed environment while getting complete dental care. Dr. Ron Joseph is a Manteca native! Graduating from Manteca High School in 1985, he attended U.C. Berkeley where he graduated in 1990 with his Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Molecular Biology. Dr. Joseph then attended the University of California at San Francisco Dental School where he graduated in 1995.

Following graduation, Dr. Joseph joined Valley Oak Dental Group, returned to the central valley, and married his lovely wife, Nisha. Together they are raising sons Tobias and Kaiden. When he isnt at the office, Dr. Joseph enjoys time with his family, music, and playing his bass guitar.

Dr. Rudy Ciccarelli attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he majored in pharmacy. He then graduated from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry and in 1987 settled in the central valley where he was born and raised.

In practice, Dr. Ciccarellis passion for dentistry goes beyond his clinical skills and extends to his patients physical and emotional well-being. As much as possible, he tailors his dental service to accommodate his patients needs and wants.

I grew up in what used to be rural north Modesto and, with not much else to do, I spent a lot of time following my dad around while he made repairs to the house, yard, machinery, and cars. I grew to appreciate the sense of satisfaction we got from restoring things back to function, and I still really enjoy problem solving and fixing things, both prerequisites for the technical side of dental practice.

I attended Modesto Junior College and graduated, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelors degree in Biology. I received my dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 1990. After graduating, I undertook further training at the VA Medical Center/University of California, San Francisco in the General Practice Residency program. I have been practicing at Valley Oak Dental Group since 1993.

I am very grateful to live in this beautiful part of California because I enjoy pretty much anything that involves being outdoors including gardening, biking, hiking, and swimming. I also enjoy cooking and traveling with friends and family.

Dr. Shereef was born in Egypt, raised in the Middle East and moved back to Egypt where he received his Bachelors in Dental Medicine & Surgery in2013 fromAin Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He then moved to San Francisco where he graduated from University of the Pacific, Arthur A.DugoniSchool of Dentistry in 2020. He has over 5 years of experience in the dental field with a special interest in periodontics and endodontics.

He comes from a family of medical and dental professionals; both of his parents are physicians and professors of Medicine, his older brother is a dentist and his youngest sister is an aspiring doctor in 4th year of medical school. During his free time, Dr. Shereef enjoys hiking, travelling, spending time with family and friends and watching documentaries.

Dr. Shereef is eager to continue learning and staying up-to-date with recent dental innovations and techniques. He is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteering in community healthcare projects. His goal is to improve his patients quality of life and oral health by encouraging them to maintain a disease-free oral environment through education and positive reinforcement.

I have been a resident of Central Valley for the past 5 years. I graduated from University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry with Honors in Advanced General Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Oral Pathology. I also hold a Bachelors degree in Dental Surgery from one of the leading dental schools in India.

I practiced in Chicago for a year while my husband finished his medical training. We moved back to be close to family. They are a huge part of my life, and most of them reside in Central Valley. We have a newborn and having parents to help with the kids is a blessing.

My philosophy is to individualize care based on each patients needs with shared decision making. I have special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. I routinely take continuing education courses to keep up with the latest advances in dentistry. Being born and raised in North Hollywood, California, I obtained a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology in 1999 and my dental degree in 2003both from the University of Southern California (GO USC TROJANS!). I relocated to Manteca in October 2003, when I joined Valley Oak Dental Group. My lovely wife Hadeil Kotb (who is a doctor of Physical Therapy) and I have three wonderful childrendaughter Yasmeen and sons Idrees and Kareem. I am actively involved in our community and sponsor various activities and organizations that promote life-enriching programs for our youth. I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, being actively involved in my religious community and anything involving the ocean and FOOTBALL!

I have completed course work and maintained, through continuing education, my certificate in Oral Conscious Sedation.
