Dr is amazing Very patient and makes sure you don't experience any pain. The only reason why I am giving 1 star and will not be taking my family back there is because the Receptionist she is very rude and no people skills. Today she accused me of cashing a check that I never receive and refuse to let me be seen. After I call My insurance They said the check has never been cashed and that they sent it to the wrong address. She wouldn't take my calls after wards. Like I said such a great dentist just horrible Receptionist

I got a root canal treatment here and it was a very fast and pleasant experience. Dr. Liang and his staff were so nice and professional and did an excellent job. My own primary dentist was amazed with the job Dr. Liang did after looking at the completed x-rays.

I'm thankful to have found valley green endodontics . I had a great experience at their office. The doctor was very knowledgeable and did quick work of my "difficult" case. The friendly staff was always checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable. My root canal was a piece of cake.

Dr. Liang and staff are excellent! Very caring and courteous. They explain the treatment step by step making my experience very relaxing. The clinic is extremely modern with state of the art equipment and welcoming, with a very calm atmosphere. I highly recommend this office.

I was apprehensive as most patients, but you made me feel comfortable as you explained the procedure and answered my questions without hesitation. This review is reflecting my experience with Dr Wayland Chu. 5 stars all around. If you're looking for an endo, Dr Chu is the one! I went in for a retreatment of a root canal by a previous dentist. I was not looking forward to it, as my first experience at another office was tediously long and uncomfortable. However, Dr Chu made my visit... (I can't believe I'm associating this word with a root canal)... Therapeutic. To start, he thoroughly reviewed with me my X-ray and 3D scans to explain my situation, options, and his recommendations. His sincerity and honesty was felt at every step. Dr Chu and his assistant, Norma, were very proficient at their jobs, making the procedure quick, painless, and efficient. After completing the procedure, Dr Chu reviewed the before and after X-rays with me. It was clear that he completed a far superior root canal than my previous dentist. While I hope I won't be needing another root canal anytime soon, there is peace in knowing that I've found my forever Endo.

I was nervous on my visit for a root canal retreatment but my doctor took his time and made me feel cared for. The staff was also very pleasant, I called them wanting an appointment soon because the endothontist that my primary dentist referred me to had me booked out too far and with pain in my teeth I took it upon myself to find something sooner. I found this office and they got me situated quickly and with great service. Highly recommend this place.

He is indeed a master at his craft and has many other qualities that are appreciated by the patient. When I came to Dr. Chu, I was interested in having him examine the need for endodontic surgery. His manner and way of dealing with me was reasonable and calm and gave me a sense of equality and respect. His demeanor and ability to relate to me made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be able to ask him questions that I needed to ask and thereafter move forward with the surgery with a sense of confidence that it would turn out extremely well. As part of the consultation,we carefully examined the x-ray and nature of the problem and discussed options thoroughly. His patience and willingness to answer questions demonstrated a remarkable and exceptional ability to have respect for the patient and make sure that they are comfortable and knowledgeable about the procedure going forward. This was indeed remarkable and very rare. Finally, I want to also express my admiration for his communication capabilities. He was able to understand me extremely well and adapt to my way of thinking and pace of understanding so that I could ask questions and have them answered exactly on point. He further made sure that each particular issue was very clear. It is extremely rare to have a doctor that is such an advocate for the patient and looks out for their well-being. Experienced sudden pain and after a visit to my dentist it was confirmed that I needed to visit the endodontist. At 1 PM, I called Valley Green Endodontics with the hope that I could get a quick appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to fit me in that afternoon at 2:45! Honestly, I don't know what I would've done if they hadn't been able to because my pain was so severe. Upon arrival, they asked me to update paperwork and verified my insurance coverage. They provided me with a preliminary estimate for my cost. Everyone was masked. They had clearly marked seating available and provided clean ink pens. Oh and walking into the building there was the most delightful koi pond... I wish I'd taken photos. I was taken back for X-rays which confirmed the diagnosis. That's when I met Dr. Chu. He explained what was wrong and was awesome! He was able to numb me (which couldn't have been easy given the amount of infection). They have a new machine called "Gentle Wave" which should help reduce the need for further treatment on that tooth in the future. Honestly, the procedure start to finish was 100% pain free! He did warn that I'd have pain for a few days due to the infection. Shout out to the assistant who was warm and kind, and very proficient. Because he recommended it, I am following up with my primary care to get a referral to an ENT to double check on the sinuses which were also infected. After completion, I paid my copay and headed home. I want to add that I drive from Irvine 30 minutes without traffic, 40 minutes with traffic) to this office because: 1. They do not perform unnecessary procedures. If you don't need it they don't do it. 2. They are honest and their prices are reasonable. They are up front with the costs. 3. They took excellent care of me ... last minute when they did g have to because they knew I needed it. 4. They provide my primary dentist with a follow up letter and documentation about exactly what was done. Thank you Valley Green and Dr. Chu!

I just had a root canal done today here and it was an overall great experience. Dr. Liang and his assistant, Tony, provided me with a fast and effecient visit. They made sure I was okay throughout the entire procedure and answered any questions I had. The staff assisting at the front desk were super sweet and helpful. I'm usually afraid of the dentist, but I was very reassured here. I was sent here by my regular dentist, but I definitely recommend Valley Green Endodontics!

I had a very pleasant visit here when I took my wife for a route canal. A previous dentist had denied me and referred me to an endodontist. My insurance company gave me 10 different referrals and everything was 4-6 weeks out. Judy at Valley green endodontics made a special exception and gave me a next day appointment because my wife was in severe pain. The facility is really nice & clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. Wayland Chu, DDS, had a gentle touch and was very accommodating throughout the procedure. Prices are fair and reasonable. If you ever need an endodontist, I highly recommend this facility as you will not be disappointed.

A root canal is not fun, it's pain full and a lengthy procedure. My dentist refereed me to Green Valley Endo. to follow up with my concern. Judy, front office greeted me in a professional and caring manner. Judy was very helpful and patient answering my questions. Norma dental assistant was pleasant and in a matter of minutes I felt like I knew her for a long time. Norma took the time to explain each procedure, so professional. Dr Chu, awesome bed side manner, Dr Chu explained and said, I can take care of this in a timely manner, no pain! And in a very short time he was done. With confidence I will refer Green Valley to my family and friends if they should require a Root Canal. Also, Green Valley is super clean! and Covid compliant... Thank you Dr. Chu and Staff!

Excellent Dental Clinic! When I got serious pain for my teeth and can not eat and go to sleep. Eva in their clinic made an next day appointment right away on Saturday and I got my pain away after a surgery. I can not say anything else but Best dental clinic and best Dentist in this area! Oscar

Had the best experience here, everyone is so caring and friendly. I really appreciated the great work and environment!
