Got a filling done from here. The entire time I was uncomfortable because it seem like I was intruding on the dentist and his assistance conversation. The entire time they were talking while performing my filling on my teeth. It's been 10 months and my tooth that he filled was not filled all the way because somehow the whole tooth is black.

Had an appointment at 12:00 it's been more than 1hr n still haven't been called. They messed up my filling n had to come back n on top of that they but silver filling when I asked for the white filling.

I just wanted to say if anybody is out there that needs dental work and wants to feel comfortable and get the job done right go to Valley Dental Dr Le is awesome her staff is awesome I've never felt so comfortable I finally found a dentist that can care for me and get my mouth back in order!!!!! thank you Dr Le you're the best and so is your staff

Unfortunately, the family I was translating for and my experience with Dr. Le was traumatizing. We went in as a dental emergency for a 5 year old; it was the only clinic opened on a Saturday that took Medicaid insurance. We advised Dr. Le of our concerns; the boys teeth is decaying, there's pus in his gum, and a new tooth is growing towards his upper lip. Due to COVID-19, Dr. Le only allowed the minor and a guardian in the room. I explained to Dr. Le that I was there to translate and that she's treating a refugee family that has never experienced a dentist appointment. The father and I pleaded with Dr. Le that she have me in the room to explain the process and also translate. Dr. Le stated that she's treated many first-time patients, and if the family needed further assistance, she will ask for my help.-- I wished we made the decision to leave at this moment because no one should ever go through any medical appointments without a thorough explanation and interpretation.-- Dr. Le and her staff took an X-ray of the child's teeth, cleaned his teeth, and sent him out with this statement, "We cannot treat him here, he's too young. He needs to be referred to a pediatric dentist. We do not have the equipment to put him under because he has multiple cavities." I was furious! I asked Dr. Le why she didn't inform us of her concerns and referrals prior to completing a teeth cleaning (without permission) so that the family and I can decide if we wanted to continue the appointment or seek another dental office for extraction. She stated that Xrays AND CLEANING is a part of the examination. -- Dr. Le took advantage of a vulnerable situation; she permitted the family the access of a translator and performed services that benefited her clinic.
