I don't think I've ever been happier going to as well as leaving a dental office. They were so kind and worked with me, my insurance kept denying my procedure so I had to pay out of pocket but the prices were extremely reasonable. Thank you so much!!!!

A friend Of mine's visit with Dr. Taylor was traumatizing and painful I would've thought a doctor would've tried to make her feel more comfortable but as it was he didn't even have the time to ask if She was OK he didn't prescribe her any antibiotics nor any kind of pain reliever and he extracted two of her teeth when she had an infection in her mouth with no antibiotics and she also has Rheumatoid Arthritis her face was so swollen and her pain was thru the roof she ended up going to the ER where they had to prescribe her with antibiotics and pain medication steroids and gave her two shots I would never let someone like that pull any of my teeth I don't recommend anyone to go to that dentist office by any means just wanted to put that out there just saying have a nice day.

Terrible, staff treated my sister like dirt and if you have access this would be the worst place for you. My sister was upset and they made go outside in the hot sun instead of attempting to help calm her down.

Went in for 4 wisdom teeth extraction was incredibly nervous and anxious, though the dentist and assistant were really awesome at calming my nerves- Dr. Taylor! I really appreciate the compassion and treating me like an actual human instead of a number. Plus it only took about 20 minutes to remove all 4!!! Definitely recommend 5/5. Clean office and clean environment. Friendly and welcoming.

I would rate negative stars if it was an option. This place is extremely unprofessional and flat out rude. The front desk people are very rude and are not very good at explaining what is happening. My mom was called back for her procedure and the person who took her vitals didn't even bother to introduce herself. Anyone who works in healthcare knows that you always introduce yourself to your patient and let them know what you will be doing. The gentleman who came in to start her IV, didn't bother looking for a decent vein and just started one, painfully, in her hand. Then the doctor came in and never introduced himself to my mother prior to starting the procedure. The icing on the cake is when the patient is done, they don't even bother giving you a heads up that they'll be coming out. They just wheel the patient outside and hopefully you'll see them wheel out. I could go on and on with other things I noticed with the two visits my mom had, but I'm sure you get the idea. I will definitely be letting all of my friends and family know to never go here.

I was referred here by my dentist. I live an hour and a half away. They had us waiting in a crammed space with almost every chair filled. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time. Just to have the person calling me back be rude to me the entire time. I left there as I didn't feel comfortable having them work on me with how unprofessional they behaved. Ended up going to another endodontist on Houghton in Tucson instead. They made me wait two minutes and got me in and out. They were kind and answered all of my questions. They even gave me a discount for paying in full.

I was nervous going in for my wisdom teeth extractions. Needless to say I was in and out in an hour. Very impressed with how quick and easy the procedure was. Highly recommend them for whatever oral surgery you might be seeking.

"This place is unprofessional." Was seen at el Rio clinic and was referred to this place because my wisdom tooth its damaging the nerve and needed to be extracted by an oral surgeon ASAP. I called "Valley Endodontics & Oral Surgery" to see if they did emergency walk ins and they said they only go by appointments. According to the oral surgeon there my condition didn't qualified as an emergency extraction. I was told by his assistant or nurse that it was not an emergency and that I needed to pay out of pocket. According to this surgeon having constant pain on tooth, ear pain, jaw pain, cheek pain, not being able to chew at all for months, having an infection that grew do to the wisdom tooth not having more space, bleeding gums, and bleeding from that area, and having a hole on your cheek, does not qualifies as an emergency. It was a waste of time and a big disappointment, I sat there and wait for two hours to be told "its not an emergency and your insurance won't cover it you will need to pay out of pocket". They need to train the assistants/nurses to speak with patients in a more professional manner, offer options, explain in detail and make the patients have a better experience. I was never offered options to begin with they straight up said "IS NOT AN EMERGENCY IT WONT BE COVERED".When I asked whats considered an emergency extraction the nurse or assistant said "THE ENTIRE MOUTH HAS TO BE ALL BLACK OR IF YOUR TOOTH IS BROKEN""I think either the surgeon neglects patients with ahccess or he needs more experience working with emergency tooth extractions, same with his assistants. Not to mention someone from the staff was coughing his lungs out, I could hear them cough and play music and joke around while I waited three hours. "DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ACCESS"

Was referred here by my dentist. I'm in need of dental work, bad. Finally I have a good enough insurance to do it. I come here and they literally pulled me back set me up took x-rays(which had been taken literally a day earlier by my dentist) begin to NUMB ME UP knowing they didn't have all my insurance info and then as I'm sitting there with the numbing medicine they come in and say basically either I'm paying 800$ for this tooth I have to get taken care of right then and there or I need to reschedule. I didn't have the money! I was under the impression one of my two insurances would take care of it considering this was considered an emergency by my other dentist. But I was wrong apparently. And so they rush me out of the room with my mouth numb and have me PAY THEM to literally do their job wrong. No professional service is going to get you set up and have you sign paperwork and numb you for a procedure without first having your insurance information taken care of. Then there's the dentist. He seemed like he didn't even want to be in there talking to me as if I was taking up his time. Very rushed and I didn't even see him again once the insurance issue arose. (The insurance was so fresh they couldn't release any info, so I was treated as a self pay) at the end of the day this clinics number one goal is money. I got charged for some thing I found out later by my insurance was completely covered and the dentist should've known that (not my words) and again, I should have NEVER been pulled back unless they had it all figured out. They took what money I had left and I'm left with an infected toooth that's causing me ALOT of pain. As far as pricing goes, 800$ for a root canal (that's "after insurance") an 300$ for an extraction. The only saving grace here was this girl who can't remember the name of I was so rushed out at that point. She was the one who I guess tried to fix it all unsuccessfully. She seemed like she ACTUALLY cared that I couldn't get it taken care of. But bottom line is they took money from me they shouldn't have taken to sit me in a chair and prep me for a procedure they didn't even do. Very very unprofessional and insanely uncaring people. Now my mouth is throbbing still and I have to wait the whole weekend out just to get it taken care of by someone who knows what they're doing.

I was very pleased with the service received from the entire staff as well as Carlton Taylor. I am happy about the procedure I received and am glad my dentist referred me to Dr. Taylor. I will refer everyone I know needing services from an oral surgeon to Valley Endodontics and Oral Surgery. I have much less pain than I expected.

The staff and d3ntist were terrific! Even though having a root canal is not a pleasant thing, the experience was made better by everyone involved. My visit was at the Ina Rd officetoday. I have been at the Carondelet office as well, they are both great
