I have been through so much in the past 2 months with 7 different dentist over the valley. Not one nice by the way. Then I came here!! So glad I did. The doctor, the staff and everyone involved treated me with kindness and respect. Listened to me, actually listened to me. They are the biggest help I've come across in a long time. Highly recommended. If you are in need of help these people will help!

I was reffered to this office for a root canal for my son. Gave them a call first question was is this for an extraction or root canal. Root canal of course. Second question what insurance are we working on? So confused about this question!! Why would it matter? Give me an appointment and I fill out all paper work/information about his insurance day of procedure. Well told her his insurance was mercy care and she said for that we have open appointments until November. Today is August 17. DON'T RECOMMENED

It was a Great experience from the Front Office to Kelly and Dr. Yabroudi. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed, and that you cared about explaining what I needed to feel healthy again. Keep up the excellence..

Spoke to Johnathan who claims he is the manager and the only person who can help schedule customers. He was rude and rushing me on the phone when we are just trying to schedule a appointment. I'll be sure to keep reporting you so that way you can go back and get proper training on how to communicate with people.

This is a true RAVE REVIEW!!! I'm a 66 year old woman with high blood pressure and some anxiety about dental dams and bite blocks. I saw three other dentists/endodontists to find help with a root canal on cracked molar before I found Dr. Berg. I cannot stress more how excellently I was treated, cared for, at Valley by Dr. Berg and the GREAT assistant, Amara. Truly remarkable people. Both were patient, caring, explained everything well, and talked me through a difficult procedure. We even all laughed a few times in the middle! I have had much dental work for over 60 years. I have had good dentists and not-so-good ones, too. I can say honestly that I have NEVER experienced such talent, sensitivity and professionalism from both the Dr. and Amara. It is rare to find this, folks. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My first and only experience there so far was exceptionally pleasant, especially in comparison to what I've experienced elsewhere. Everyone I encountered was friendly and compassionate. It was only a consult, so I can't speak to more than that, but I'm going back if that means anything...

I found myself in Scottsdale for a medical conference two days after I was scheduled to have a root canal. My Endodontist in Nashville was a no show for my appointment (he went on Spring Break) without canceling! By the time I arrived in Scottsdale, I was in ABSOLUTE AGONY! It was late Thursday afternoon and I had called every Endodontist practice in the area. Either they didnt answer, or wouldn't work me in... Then, I called Valley. Starting with the office receptionist, it was a different story. Everyone was so professional, compassionate, understood my situation and worked hard to rearrange Dr. Berg's schedule to work me in at noon on Friday. While most practices were closed. Dr. Berg made an excelption and worked me in. And, thats only the beginning of how much I appreciated their team. I am a big guy. 6'4" and 245 pounds. As I've gotten older (61), Ive become extremely claustrophobic. It's embarrassing. As soon as she got started, I began to freakout with all of the root canal instrumentation in my mouth. The dry Scottsdale air made it impossible for me to breathe. I was a mess, shaking like a leaf for no good reason. Dt. Berg stayed calm, took the time to take out all of the instrumentation and let me recover my wits. Just that part added at least 30 minutes to the procedure. That was time she didn't have to waste. She had her other regular patients to treat and I was the reason she was delayed. Once she got started again, her assistant (Oliver) took timr to drip a little water in my mouth every 2 minutes so I could swallow, breathe and remain calm. My 2 hour appointment turned into 4 hours! And, my case was so complicated that it has to be done in two stages. I will get it finished when I get back to Nashville. But, most importantly, the pain and infection are gone! As I was about to check out, her office manager said they were only going to charge me 1/3 of the standard root canal fee because she was unable to finish! They also offered to send my records to my Endodontist back home. I was floored. To take that much time and work that hard, deal with my lack of control due to my claustrophobia and then discount her fee made me realize I had possibly found the best Endodontist in Scottsdale, maybe America! Thats the way medicine should work. All practitioners could take a lesson from Dr. Berg. She and her staff are amazing!

Let me say I HATE/ am TERRIFIED of the dentist. It's something about just dentist offices that freak me out, HOWEVER this office was AMAZING. The staff is helpful, and courtesy, everyone that I talk to had top 10 customers service skills. The dentist assistants are amazing and very knowledgeable, they help you feel relaxed before you even meet the actual Surgeon. The Surgeon I had was Dr. Mayer, he like you can guess was AMAZING. I was comfortable from my first consultation, he understood my nerves and put them at ease. Surgery day I was legit in and out. All around this office is unmatched, I'm sure! If I ever need Surgery again (hopefully I never do) but if I ever do I'm not hesitating where to go. Surgeon Mayer THANK YOU!!!
