The doctor was great quick and efficient staff was rude receptionist one was nice the other one couldn't not stop talking about inappropriate stuff that has nothing to do with her job maybe they should focus of scheduling better then people wouldn't b waiting for hours at least be upfront and honest so people can make their decision to reschedule or stay and wait ...! I was there waiting for two hours and the doctors assistant first of all came across snarky rude and miserable and didn't explain after care instructions at all she just handed me a bag and said instructions are in the bag I got the official survey through my email won't b getting a good review from me...

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Sadykov and had a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the process and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. The staff and his assistant was also very polite and comforting. I would highly recommend him and this office (702 E. Bell Road.).

I've finally had my wisdom teeth removed. Paula is a little ball of sunshine, who helped make my visit so much easier. Dr. Steinhilber is quick, a little "heavy handed", but you can definitely see he's been in the business for a while. Three teeth removed in under 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend it if you have state health insurance.

From the beginning to end of my son's wisdom teeth being removed; EVERYONE was knowledgeable, respectful and humble. Big "Thanks" to Dr. Carroll and Sonia.

Extremely happy and relieved to have the extraction done quickly on 12/23. However, when trying to contact surgeon after severe swelling & vomiting post surgery, I was told the surgeon was "not listed" and that I could only speak to the surgeon who worked on me. Spent Christmas Eve, Christmas and following day in severe pain discomfort and no way to speak to a surgeon. Sorry, would not go back here again. They were very nice, but I was left facing an ER visit, on Christmas, mid-Omicron variant because there was no way to reach the surgeon who worked on me. That's not acceptable.

After spending restless nights and a trip to the emergency room for pain. We visited VE&OS for help. Not realizing our insurance expires in a day. They worked it out for us and treated the ongoing problem. Great care. Thanks Dr Carroll and Sonia.

It's completely understandable that a busy establishment will be booking fat into the future, and waiting is to be expected. Got it. That's a two-way street, and when you are grossly inefficient at getting patients who DO arrive on time when they do in and out at a timely manner, then moan about Covid cancellations because of potentially "lost" business that would have had to be scheduled at least a month prior and decline any further relationship with the patient, you understand neither scheduling nor the linear flow of space-time. If if were a spliff, we'd all be stoned. You shouldn't have Covid protocols and then wine about Covid -related rescheduling.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gano and his assistant.. I believe her name is Barb. I was referred to VEOS for a root canal, and picked this location surely of location to my home. I am not a dentist person. I'm sure they're lovely, but I have no desire to go and go reluctantly. Dr. Gano and Barb were kind, patient, and just had a calming personality that puts you at ease. While a root canal is in no way a "fun" experience, or something I'd want to come back for, they're good people. Highly, highly recommended.

After being in excruciating pain for days and going to three dentist, I got a referral to Dr Carroll. After multiple X-rays (at least 8) the previous dentists didn't treat me or address the issue because they said they couldn't see the problem. One X-ray in Dr. Carroll's office and he identified the problem; tooth 18 was fractured in the center of the tooth. He explained to me in detail what he needed to do and was very clear about any possible risk and concerns due to having the tooth removed. He also went over options if I wanted to save the tooth. I chose to have it removed. During the procedure he was very gentle, attentive, polite and courteous, as well as his assistant (I think her name is Annabel). I needed to take several breaks to swallow, catch my breath, etc... and not once did Dr. Carroll show any signs of impatiences or anything. He was really concerned about my well being. His "bedside manner" is very caring and understanding. Sometimes doctors can make us feel like we're just a number and they need to hurry us along quickly to get to the next patient. Not so with Dr. Carroll. He really takes care of his patients. This may sound strange after getting my tooth pulled, but I really had an awesome experience. From beginning to end, the whole office was great. I hope I don't have any more pain associated with my teeth but if I do I'll definitely be back to see Dr. Carroll and staff. I highly recommend him and his team. A big thumbs up and thank you to Dr. Carroll and his staff.

This review is for the 20100 51st Ave office. The office staff, dental assistants were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Carroll did a great job extracting teeth that were up in my sinus cavity. Great follow up appointment as well. I would recommend this office for your dental needs!!!!

Such a rude staff even the dentist spoke in a rude tone! Everyone had an attitude felt a bit prejudice in my opinion. Beware of being treated in a rude manner when visiting!

I had a tooth extraction today. I was emotional about losing my molar. Annabelle was my dental asst and let me tell you a wonderful chair-side manner she had! I was a stranger to her but she was sympathetic, caring all while being professional. I just want to thank her for being there for me like a family member!! You made dramatic experience for me much more tolerable!! Thank you so much for being so kind to me today. Thank you very much!

I was refered here by my sons dentist for wisdom teeth removal, what a joke. Our first visit was a consult, receptionist was very rude and seems inconvenienced by the patients, almost made me leave to go home because I forgot my license. She also kept referring to my son as a she, when she should know the patients. I had made an appt for his wisdom teeth removal and wrote down the time only to arrive there to be told it was a half hour earlier and that they could reschedule us. A couple things here...why didnt they call me when the appt was sposed to be and ask where we were, and second why didnt they call me night before for an appt reminder ??? I was upset rightfully so and as leaving I got a sarcastic have a good day from same rude receptionist. Worst customer service, I wont be going back here for his wisdom teeth removal. Waiting room is small and not enough chairs for patients.

My son has came here for a few years on and off and he got great care from his actual doctors he seen but when it comes to the office staff and them doing their jobs they don't know how , they disregard my request to have prior authorization sent to the insurance before having me pay out of pocket . I had to do all the leg work . Just sad they can't do a simple job , we will be seeking other care for in the future.
