I would give zero star, I had to come here multiple times just to be looked at. Front desk just says doc is not available, missed flight and other reasons which can be easily communicated to avoid wasting time of patients. Then eventually I got in for root canal after multiple vain visits, but pain did not go away even after 5 months, again multiple failed visits process started just to get a postop. Front desk can easily avoid these failed appointments, guess no one cares. I should have went elsewhere when this happened initially before the treatment, I thought mistakes happen and kept caming back again since my dentist highly recommended this place. Now I am stuck here in pain even after 5 months after root canal.

Was referred here and when I went in for my appt I had a bad experience. The Dr did not care about my needs and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I was scheduled for two root canals three weeks later. The day prior to that appt, they called me and told me they suddenly don't take my insurance anymore. Instead of lying to me, they should have just told me that they weren't the place that could provide for my needs. They let me go in pain for weeks when I could have been searching for a place that can provide for my needs.

I would not recommend coming here for your dental work. My husband visited & we waited well over an hour to be seen. The people at the front desk were rude & nobody seemed to know what was going on. The level of communication was awful & we just did not have a good experience. We obviously will not be returning.

Would not recommend due to lack of patient contact. I made appt a month ago and they finally called late Friday before a Monday appt and were irritated when I asked for directions and shut me off before I could ask what info they would need. No request for my dental records. No emails of patient forms for info of my health and allergies. No price quote for consult or extraction.

Beware they don't tell you that there is a consultation fee and they make it sound as if you're going to have procedure the same day at scheduled appointment time. High cost for cash patients. $1600 for root canal Office staff is rude. Ask questions before going. Poor Communication

I was very nervous going in but they did well to reasure me in any way possible and kept me very informed as to what was going on every step of the way. The nurse I felt with was the kindest lady who made me feel better about going in. This was my first time going under and would absolutely go again if needed they were very organized and made sure to give me a call to remind me of my appointment and kept me informed all steps even gave me a print out of how to take care of my mouth after the sergery. If you have a fear of getting removals I recommend this place to any and all cause it was phenomenal. 10 out of 10.

VERY disorganized company and I would not recommend them for your dental needs. When your getting teeth pulled or fixed, it is stressful enough, you don't need to be waiting forever because this company cannot properly hire qualified candidates in a market where people want and need to work more than ever. DONT let the media tell you "people don't want to work" I want to work, but I want to work for a company that does not waste my precious time and resources and that respects me as a human being. When you set up an interview with me, you are telling me that you are making the time for me. Don't just leave me hanging where I have to reach out and ask if were still doing this. Its just not professional and if you will do this to a potential employee, how are you treating your patients?! I can see from the reviews on here, not well. Good luck in your search...

I was told before coming in everything was covered by insurance, then received a bill. My insurance company said all they had to do was change the code & they refused to do it. Now I still have the tooth problem & a bill for an exam with no work done. Mislead by them completely & no cooperation to correct the situation.

The worst experience ever !! I waited for an hour and filled bunch of papers, then with a cold blood the lady told me that my insurance won't cover!!! Even though I came to their office a week before my surgery and called them several times NOBODY asked me for these info until my appointment day I couldn't attend my classes for their unorganized , Extremely rude and disrespectful clinic and staff .. I wish I could give less than star

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. Though I would not recommend this location to do the procedure. On two visits here I was kept in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours. After reading other reviews, this seems like a fairly normal occurrence. But the biggest reason for my negative review is the damage they did to my lip during the surgery. After my wisdom teeth procedure I notice a very deep cut in my lip. I went in to the same establishment to get it looked at. In the end it turned out to be traumatized skin due to the procedure, my guess is carless use of tools near my mouth leaving me with a deep cut. I ended up with stitches in my lip and paying for the damage the surgeon had done out of my own pocket. I would recommend looking for a different establishment with a more professional staff and more careful surgeons.

Absolutely pitiful. Made an appointment over a month ago for extraction. I set the appointment for 3:30 PM. I was told we would do consultation on that day which is great I figured it would need to be that way anyways. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment, the lady at the desk greeted me with a surprised "uh... hi?" Already unwelcome, I explained I was there for my appointment. Lo and behold, they have no record of an appointment. Tried to reschedule me for another day and I said I really could only make a 3:30 appointment and was told very coldly "well theres no doctor here at 3:30. Ever." Took my referral and left. Cold, unfeeling, rude, incompetent. Absolutely pitiful excuse for a practice. Stay away. They don't care about you.

In my 46 years on this planet, I have come across only one doctor, and lawyer by the way, that had my nterest in mind rather than theirs. This is certainly not one of them. Now I can't be sure when my appointment was supposed to be since it was never written down but they lied to me stating that they confirmed it with me, yet I have no record of them calling or texting. Then they said I wasn't even going to get the root canal that day anyway because it has to be approved by my insurance, which I know that is also a lie. Then I offered to pay cash but I still didn't get it done. I had my referring dentist talk to them and they lied in every way possible, it was almost like they were describing another situation and person altogether

I had an appointment here and checked in and they lost my check in paper work and forgot I was even there. I Waited close too two hours. I've been calling to reschedule and I'm always placed on hold and the receptionist is very un welcoming. She seems like she doesn't want to help at all. I'm in pain and also just mortified how I have been treated. I have been very friendly and patient in the hope of them helping me.

Came in to get two teeth removed, was very professional and to the point which I appreciate, when asked if I wanted to save the one tooth I told Dr.kiss no and he didn't argue he got set up and went right to work, the work didn't take all that long and it went smoothly (a rare combination at any dentist office). Took my insurance and over all I was satisfied with the work. Will return when I need my other teeth taken out

I was very happy that the root canal that I had was painless and I had no pain and swelling the next day. Thank you for removing the pain I was experiencing.

Dr Kiss was very concerned the whole time. He asked me how I was doing. He called the next day and was checking in to make sure I was okay. I got my wisdom tooth extracted and i hope to get my other impacted tooth extracted soon.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction today and I have been dreading it for a long time. I am VERY thankful I came here. Everyone was so nice and professional. From the receptionist, to the nurse who did my xray. I was incredibly nervous for the procedure (haven't had many procedures done) and everyone made me very comfortable. The doctor explained the after care instructions to my mom thoroughly. Dr. Kiss, Lisa, and Shawn were the best people I could've asked for to assist with this. Lisa was very talkative and it helped calm my nerves 100%. I appreciate the dedication and friendliness!
