Going to the dentist gives me anxiety, but the Doctor and staffs here made the visit pleasantly well. They were all really nice and comforting.

At first I was somewhat put off by the front desk staff abruptly asking me if I had a mask and by one of the forms I had to fill out explaining the recommendation to only have emergency dental procedures done and asking if I have traveled overseas or domestically in the last 14 days. It felt like it was June 2020 again. The reasons for the 5 stars is Amber. I hate having any dental work done because of past experiences but she was so reassuring and not patronizing at all. She went through each step in the root canal procedure I was there for and even let me feel one of the things that would be put in my tooth during the procedure. The doctor was great as well talking me through each step during the process as it was happening. As good of an experience as one has any right to expect when having a root canal. As I told the doctor during the visit Amber deserves a raise. Awesome employee. Thanks again

Going to a dentist appointment is never fun. The staff was all so patient and awesome! I really appreciate that. Clean offices. Still following COVID protocols. Masks to enter. March 30, 2022. Everyone was gentle and caring. Coming back next week for a root canal. I will update. Came back April 7, 2022. Such a great experience. No pain! The front office staff is the bomb! Super helpful and informative. The Doctor, whom I called Duder, did an excellent job. He told me everything he was going to do. What noises to listen for. Honestly it was the most painless procedure I have ever had. More importantly he saved my tooth. No Capn' Moe, using Arg in every sentence I highly recommend this awesome place! And the awesome staff.

Came for root canal. Staff and doctor every reassuring throughout process. It was over before I know it. Highly recommend and will return if ever needed again. Girls at front very friendly me knowledgable

If not one of the best, it is the best dental experience I've ever had! I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist but the dentist & dental assistant were super chill & funny that it made me experience as enjoyable as can be for having a root canal. The dentist would let me know what he would be doing & what I might feel before even doing it & right before said possible uncomfortable sensation (which i greatly appreciated) but lucky me - I didn't feel a thing!! Of course the noise is not ever pleasant but even the pressure wasn't really a bother nor did I feel any pain! Ah, glad it's done but if I had to come back I wouldn't mind...but let's hope not :p

A bunch of thieves. Was referred out here for root canals and they don't break down the cost for you, they said "they don't do that". My previous dentist did that, break down all the costs, what is being billed to insurance and what is coming out of pocket. I can't believe I ended up wasting my money here. Maxed out my insurance. Don't recommend, go somewhere else where people are HONEST AND TRANSPARENT.

Dr. Suanico was awesome and his assistant Kathy was super nice and made me very comfortable. I've been a dental assistant for 24 years and I was just super impressed with the front office, Dr. and back office. I loved how he explained everything he did step by step. Thank you all so much.

If you are in need of a root canal- look no further! Dr Tran is AMAZING! He made me feel at ease by walking me through the process as he moved through each step of the procedure. The procedure itself was painless, I actually can say I prefer his root canal over a cavity filling from my primary dentist! He also got me out pretty quick! I think from the moment he sat down to the moment I walked out was 35-40 minutes. I can't give this office and Dr Tran enough stars. I'm so happy I was sent to them by my primary dentist. YouTube and dr google is far from the actual experience you will receive from this amazing office and staff!

My experience was so great. My primary dentist referred me here but three weeks out. I was in a lot of pain. Valley Endodontist called me out of the blue the next day and told me they could see me the following day. It was such a miracle. The staff was so great and the doctor was excellent. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

I got work done by Dr.Suanico he was very assuring and patient with me.I am not the easiest person to work on and I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work but he talked me through it and was really nice about it I just wish those Doctors were general dentists as well best experience with a dentist ever!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

DDS. Dean Suanico did a great job on saving my molar, removing a crown, and Root Canal. The Dr was friendly, eased my anxieties and explained each step of the process in a way I could understand. I did not feel a thing!

Referred to Valley Endodonics from Marketplace Smiles for a root canal. I was seen on an urgent basis and was accommodated as such. Nothing can reek havoc on someone's life than a severe toothache! I would like to thank the office for being so pleasant and helpful. More than anything, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Dean and Shelly! I couldn't of received any better care or treatment from these two. Dr. Dean, you are a MASTER at your craft! My dentist, Dr. Myra Van Hoff was quite impressed by your work. Shelley, you were so upbeat and a wonderful chairside. Thank you all so very much for everything! I am doing 100% better thanks to you.....

OMGosh.... I am 62 years old and have been through many dental procedures. I have to say, without a doubt, that this was the BEST experience I have had!! Dr. Tran and the staff Sandra, Rachel, Summer, and Brandon (??) worked as a supportive team. They were all so kind....and empathetic. I have sensory sensitivities and a dental phobia. There was soft music; a squishy tooth fidget to squeeze; funny jokes from Dr. Tran to distract and calm me; and reassuring words to comfort me. Dr. Tran is a gifted Endodonist indeed! I would highly recommend him!!
