OMG!! Run do not walk from this place to begin with you enter a dark musty office with mean spirited front desk staff. Then the oral surgeon leaves an impacted molar which has already abscessed x2 which is dangerous because I have two knee replacements after my insurance paid for all extractions I now if I waste my time and money to go there then told me they would charge me less 30% for a procedure that should have been completed in the first place. It has created problems for my lower denture as soon as I have the tooth extracted by a more reputable clinic with staff that really care about their patients. Run don't walk!!

DR. CARLTON TAYLOR AT VALLEY ENDODONTICS AND ORAL SURGERY IS A SNAKE!!!! He told me several times -and I was told again at the time that I paid the bill during the visit- that as long as the procedure did not cause a hole in the membrane between my gums and my sinus cavity I would owe them no more money. DR. TAYLOR told me that the only way that I would owe them anything more after that was if further surgery was needed to fix the membrane. No hole was caused , no surgery more was needed and I still get a bill from them for $190 a month later!!! AND THEY ADMIT IT IS DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE!!!! According to them DR.CARLTON TAYLOR didn't preclear the right amount of anesthetic with my insurance, NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY EXTRA FOR HIS MISTAKE! $190 is more than half of the original bill! I even offered to compromise and pay half, but they are too GREEDY for that. They would rather damage my credit and get NOTHING out of it because I won't pay a collections agency a DIME!!!! DR. CARLTON TAYLOR AT VALLEY ENDODONTICS WILL SMILE AT YOU TO YOUR FACE, THEN TRY TO ROB YOU THROUGH THE MAIL!!!! I just put in a complaint about him with the BBB and mentioned him in my good review of Aspen Dental, so he should get plenty of free publicity.

My daughter went to see Dr Parkinson for extractions of her wisdom teeth. Everyone from the front desk to the back office staff were kind, patient and helpful with the process. Thank you so much for your services and excellent dentistry.

Scheduled appointment, first person I spoke with was extremely rude. Then the day before my appointment thru call and reschedule it 2 weeks out because they couldn't verify my insurance. Then the day before the rescheduled appointment they call and tell me my insurance is cancelled (spoilers, it wasn't). They were finally able to confirm my insurance but at this point I have no faith in their billing department. Cancelled the appointment and will go somewhere else. Maybe the doctors are decent but their office staff don't have a clue what they are doing.

DR. CARLTON TAYLOR AT VALLEY ENDODONTICS IS A SNAKE!!!!! DR. TAYLOR assured me repeatedly that I would receive no further bills after the one time payment that I made after the procedure, AS LONG AS NO FURTHER WORK WAS REQUIRED. I signed a piece of paper that they said they would only use IF THE EXTRACTIONS HAD CAUSED A HOLE IN MY SINUS MEMBRANE BETWEEN MY MOUTH AND MY SINUS CAVITY. This paper was to allow for further charges in the event of follow up surgery to rectify that possibility should it happen. IT WAS NOT INTENDED AS AN OPEN ENDED BLANK CHECK!!! Now they are hitting me for an additional $190.00 out of nowhere, because of something that THEY ADMIT WAS THEIR MISTAKE!!! They are giving me this bill because DR. CARLTON TAYLOR underestimated the amount of anesthetic that would be needed. DR. TAYLOR had to add a unit while I was still unconscious. My insurance refused to pay because it was not preapproved, GUESS WHO GETS STUCK WITH THE BILL. And now because I won't pay it they are going to attack my credit. I deliver food for a living. If I don't estimate the amount of gas I'm going to need to get food to the customer do I send them a bill later on because I had to BUY MORE GAS? And A WHOLE UNIT of that stuff is still a lot more than gas! DR. CARLTON TAYLOR MUST BE DESPERATE FOR MONEY. I just put in a complaint about him with the BBB and mentioned him in my good review of Aspen Dental, so he should get plenty of free publicity.

This buisness has poor cummunication and believes it's irrelevant to change or cancel schedules and not give notice untill you are present for the apointment . Not caring that the customer and spouse have requested time off from work for a procedure.

I cannot express how wonderful this place is! I have always had severe anxiety with dental work, even as a kid - then after a particularly terrible experience at a low cost clinic, it was made even worse. My teeth are in pretty bad shape, and it's fairly embarrassing. I was referred to Valley by Dr. Jorge Alvarez, and they were so wonderful. From being able to get all of my paperwork done ahead of time online (I'm normally shaking badly in the waiting room, making filling out paperwork tedious) to how patient and kind the front desk girls were when I had forgotten my referral form and had to call someone to have it emailed. And then Dr. Taylor and all of the assisting staff made me feel 110% at ease. I was only expecting to have one tooth extracted (being that is what I was referred for) but he offered to go ahead and remove my remaining two wisdom teeth that were starting to become a problem, and I couldn't have been happier. And even though I was under general anesthesia, I'm aware of how quick the procedure was...less than an hour! Hopefully I won't need any more serious dental work done any time soon, but if I do, no question I will be returning to Valley! Thank you so much, Dr. Taylor!

Dr. Colorado performed a root canal on a tooth that had been infected for a considerable period of time. She and her assistant were very focused, methodical, and attentive. Because of the extent of the problem, the process took longer than normal, but there was no sense that she was in a hurry to be on to the next patient. It all went well, and now that 10 days have past, it appears that the problem has been totally resolved. -- I took one extra strength Tylenol the evening of the procedure, and that was all that was needed. -- I would go back.

My wife has had several extraction/implant procedures done at this office by Dr. Sorensen. He is an incredibly talented endodontist... in fact the VERY BEST I have observed in many, many years. My wife's procedures always turn out to be a challenge; Dr. Sorensen handled all of them in a superb manner. It's also worth mentioning that his assistant Nancy was very helpful and supportive in making things easier to bear. Thanks very much to her!!!

Whoever Karina is needs to be fired. Rudest person I've ever talked to, was just trying to set an appointment and she made it impossible. Glad I didn't get it, if that's how they act over the phone. Can't imagine in person. Screw you guys
