Dr. Eugene (Geno) Salazar is impatient and has an attitude will not recommend him.

First off rude front desk lady. Secondly, my dentist office called them an asked how much I would be charged and they were told $265, however I ended up paying $430 just for X-rays and for them to numb my face? When I had X-rays done elsewhere the day before for a lot less and no numbing needed. Waste of money and time to go there. Again I was overcharged when they told my dentists office it would only be $265.

Never going back to this place, I was told that my tooth was dead and it needed to be pulled. Had a second opinion and had my tooth saved actually. Performed a horrible root canal and preferated the tooth. (Crown).

I had a gum lesion removed and Dr. Hansen did an excellent job. He was able to do the procedure right away, was personable and talked me through the process, and it healed perfectly! Thank you very much Dr. Hansen.

I live on a fixed income but my insurance covers dental...unless the greedy dentist "requires" some sort of x-ray not covered by said insurance. Will be finding someone else. If you end up going here, be prepared to pay out of pocket for all of the "extras" they require!

I had a referral for a root canal on An existing root canal. The evaluation fee was $195 plus they charged $47 for "incomplete " service since root canal wasn't going to be possible. Really upset that I had to pay $240 even though the general dentist had sent X-rays and referral form.

I had my very first root canal and they did an amazing job. It lasted about one hour. Staff was excellent in answering all of my questions and calming my fears. Very efficient staff and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone if you need these type of medical care. :) Thank you so much! p.s. Root canal was not at all as bad as people make them out to be.

Dr very in personable, charge you for exams knowing insurance won't cover. Minimum $250 for them to tell you what you already know, without fixing anything. Bet on spending $700-1000.

My 12 year old was in need of a root canal and they took care of her with ease! Not only was she completely fine after, she was able to enjoy the rest of her day! If you have a kid, teen or even yourself that's nervous about root canals, take them here!

The staff was distant, they tried to numb up my tooth, then asked for payment before the performed the procedure, which depended on how in-depth the procedure was, and the Dr and assistant acted like I wasn't there while they discussed what they were buying for Christmas, after I just paid a lot of money for repeat X-rays and the procedure. I admit a have a typical fear of Dentists, expressed this to the staff, but still no one acted like I was more than a car being worked on, very disappointed compared to the referring dental office who was outstanding! Technically good Dr, no bedside manner and staff not friendly at all.

Bad service, went in for a consult got an x ray then told I needed another extensive x ray that would cost more money. I literally sat in that office for an hour to be told nothing. Finally Dr Salzar saw me for one minute then told me he won't be able to give me a exam without the second x ray. I told him no wasn't going to pay the extra money and I will be going somewhere else. Today I receive a call from their office saying I have a balance for the exam.. WHAT!!!! I never received any exam the only thing I received was wasting my time going here. Something is not right here. How can a Dr. put in a claim with my insurance to expect to get paid for something they did not do.

Absolutely the worst experience with a dentist's office ever. My husband went in to get a root canal today which he had a referral for. When we originally set the appointment they insisted that they needed an additional scan of the tooth which would cost $200 out of pocket and used the excuse "we are specialists" when I questioned why in the world they would need this additional scan when my husband and I have both had root canals before and we have never needed a $200 scan to get them done. Then my husband goes into the office and they sit him down in the chair and numb him and come back and ask him for payment before any services have been performed. Of course my husband forgot his card and I was working and taking care of a toddler while I was trying to find his card and after 5 minutes they kicked him out and tried to reschedule him. The lady at the front desk was just completely baffled as to why I would be upset about this and acted like she has never heard a curse word in her entire life and that they didn't do anything wrong. However, I have NEVER been to a dentist or any other medical office where they numb you and then ask for payment. Especially when we were told that they may need to extract the tooth and they wouldn't know until they started working on it.

Don't come here if you don't expect to wait at least 3 hours to be seen. No one has anything together. This is awful!

We all hate all things dental! But I have to say this was the best root canal experience ever! Dr. Ahmed is perfection!! I had zero pain. I felt comfortable the entire procedure. My weird fear isn't the procedure, I always think I'm going to choke on my own saliva. It's just a weird feeling I can't shake. For those complaining about wait time, yes I waited an hour. But things happen in life. Plus i cleared my schedule all day. I think we started around 11:30 and i was out the door by 1:15. Yes, they ask for your form of payment while you are numbing, again no biggie. I definitely recommend Valley Endo 8n Peoria and Dr Ahmed!! Oh and the entire staff was nice.

I had some work done there today. Dr. Ahmed was amazing! No trouble getting me numb which is usually an issue, absolutely no pain during the root canal. It was quick, easy, I slept thru half of it. (Sorry for the snoring.) Literally no pain and it's been 15 hours. My tooth was hurting for a year until today. Thank you for a great experience and finally some relief from my pain!
