When you visit our practice, you can expect Dr. Ana Cariaga to work one-on-one with you to create your treatment plans and provide you with care that will help you achieve and maintain a healthy mouth and smile for life.
Dr. Ana Cariaga graduated from the University of the Philippines in 1986. Upon immigrating to the United States, she pursued advanced studies in cosmetic dentistry at the University of California as well as the use of dental implants and the Invisalign system of orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Cariagas dedication to helping her community maintain their health through consistent dental treatment and education is rewarded by the enthusiastic gratitude evident by numerous letters and online endorsements.
Aside from school screenings and dental health education, Dr. Cariaga is also involved in other charitable and philanthropic causes, such as toy drives for the Hope House and the McKinley Childrens Center, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She was recognized by the DC Strategic Solutions for her support in the crusade to help servicemen and servicewomen, veterans, and their families.
Dr. Ian Woo is a Board Certified oral and maxillofacial (relating to the jaw and face) surgeon with extensive training and expertise. He visits our office on a regular basis to provide the highest quality of surgical care to our patients who require this service.
Dr. Woo comes to us from Hong Kong, with a stay in Canada to complete his undergraduate and graduate education. In 2002, he graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry as valedictorian. He continued his medical training at the University of Southern California School of Medicine. Next, he completed a general surgery internship at the Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena and a full residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Southern California.
He went on to serve in some of the busiest trauma centers in the country. His extensive experience and dedication to maintaining the highest oral and facial surgical skills possible provide Valley Dental patients with superb care when they require surgery.

Dr. Cariaga was so kind and personable. She answered the phone when I called first thing in the morning and got my husband in ASAP as he was in pain from a cracked crown. Nicole was very kind and put him right at ease. If we lived in this area, they would be our practice we would go to for all our dental services.

Was recommended by a friend and glad I came in. The front office staff was professional and helpful. I was a little nervous about dentists but was quickly put at ease by their funny, calming and very professional Tech Nicole. They did a crown and cleaning, it was quick, easy and painless. Nicole and the Dr explains procedures thoroughly. They have 2 location and are open on Saturdays with limited appointments.

This is a dental office with a staff that really cares. Dr. Cariaga spends time during the consultation asking the patient how they feel and explaining the plan of work by priority and budget. While in other dental offices the dentist may brush off insurance policy questions and direct you to front desk staff, Dr. Cariaga has thorough knowledge of insurance policy and makes sure her staff is receiving the correct policy benefits on their end. The bedside-manner of the entire staff is truly genuine and caring, a huge plus for people who may be anxious about visiting the dentist. Wish I found this office sooner!

Dr. Joanne, Kelly, Nicole and Brittany are all so wonderful! They always make me feel comfortable and they genuinely and sincerely care about the overall health of your mouth. They never try to upsell any products or cosmetic treatments that they offer. I live far and it is worth the drive to come here and be treated by ALL of the staff!

Dr Carciaga is amazing and gentle. My wife hates Dentist and she has won her over . Initially i was looking for a dentist and i stumbled upon her office. Now my wife and I do our checkups and cleanings with out fear of pain kn my mouth or pocket book.
