I was able to make an appointment... For a Cavity filling, the staff was very professional an courteous. Dr. Shinn was able to do the procedure an with out pain. Thank you

I'd give this place negative stars if I could. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. They're rude and not helpful at all. Find another office

I went to this dentist because a neighbor said he was cheep WELL I spent 4,000 in May 2017 and now I have to have everything done all over again. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST he only cares about MONEY.

For me I think this office is very good and professional. Every time I called they answered all my questions and when I needed an appointment I got one. One day I needed to go in last minute plans and they where very good on taking me in on last minute notice, yes they did tell me I was going to wait but I was going to see my dentist... They look for many ways to help you pay and see what your insurance can cover.. yes they do speak both languages, English and Spanish and if you take the time to respect there position you will understand both language nice and clear... I love there services, I pray that I can soon get my whole family in for the dental visits... Thank you for your great services...

This place has the worst receptionist in any place I have ever been in. The office lost my husband's chart and then wanted him to give them all his info again and pay for more x-rays to fix their mess up. And then when I tried to understand what the receptionist was saying in broken English by asking a question she proceeded to yell over me telling me I was yelling. They obviously do not know how to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
