I have been working in the dental field since 2003 beginning my career as a dental assistant and working my way towards my degree in dental hygiene in 2013.Im passionate about helping our patients continually improve their oral health while providing a comfortable, personal and enjoyable experience.My favorite part about working at Valley Dental Esthetics is our amazing team and our desire to provide exceptional patient care.I recently received my laser certification so that we can now offer state of the art laser bacterial reduction in our practice. I was born and raised in Walnut Creek and moved to Lodi in 2014. I spend my free time with my husband and son enjoying the outdoors. We love hiking, fishing, camping and boating.

Rita has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1998. She continues to be passionateabout Dentistry as day one. Rita loves staying current with continuing dental education classes-a commitment she takes seriously inorder to stay up to date with the latest in dental technology and techniques. Rita was born in Stockton and was raised on a farm in the Delta. She loves animals and the outdoors. In her spare time she enjoys working in her flower and vegetable garden. Some of her other hobbies include cooking, reading, and watching classic films.

I have been working in the dental field since high school. My position has given me the opportunity to meet many great people who have become part of our dental family. I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years. I started my career as a dental assistant, in 2017 I transitioned to the front office as a patient coordinator and now enjoy being able to help in both front and back office. My favorite part about my job is interacting with patients on a day-to-day basis while developing a strong patient relationship and providing a great experience while in our office. In my free time I enjoy camping and enjoy watching my daughter play softball.

Dr. Bader graduated from University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in 1997. He continued a family tradition ofdentistry dating back to 1964 when his father Harry's career began in Lodi.

Dr. Bader has completed several post graduate programs on cosmetic dentistry, Pacific Live, California Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum. With the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, he had the role of clinical instructor where he helped teach other practicing dentists some of the latest cosmetic dentistry techniques.

A 1988 graduate of University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, Dr. DiTolla was awarded his Fellowship in the AGD in 1995. Mike was in private practice for 15 years before becoming Director of Clinical Education for Glidewell Labs for the next 15 years, giving him an intimate knowledge of American dentists crown and bridge habits.

From 2006 to 2009, he led the clinical team that developed and brought BruxZir Solid Zirconia to market. In 2011 he received the 'Most Effective Dentist Educator' award in a nationwide survey of dentists. He has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 15 million times by dentists worldwide.
