I did my undergraduate studies at UCLA where I received a bachelor in science degree in biology. I then worked as a research associate for three years at the UCLA department of Hematology and Oncology. My work there with recombinant DNA and stem cells lead to publications in three scientific journals. My love of science eventually lead me to a career in dentistry. I graduated from UCSF school of dentistry with a DDS degree in 2006. I have been working as a general dentist in the Bay Area for the past 15 years.
I am married to Chad Browning who to this day is my best friend and my biggest supporter. We have one daughter named Sofia. We love to spend time with our family and friends, we love to eat and we love to travel.
Dr. Onea received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Pacific San Francisco and completed a three-year post-doctoral periodontal program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where he received a Master of Sciences degree in Periodontics. His educational background also includes pre-doctoral studies completed at California State University, Hayward, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology, and prior to that a Biology teaching degree from the College of Baia Mare, Romania. He is a member of the Alpha Epsylon Lambda Honor Society, American Academy of Periodontology, California Periodontal Society, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento Dental Society. Dr. Oneas knowledge and experience in the field of Periodontics were tested and endorsed by the American Board of Periodontology of which he is a diplomate - a significant accomplishment for a periodontist. He has Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, he is a provider of Continuing Education courses for dentists, and a California state inspector for IV sedation certifications. His active lifestyle and hobbies include dentistry and its gadgets, nature photography, skiing, kayaking, motorcycles, and traveling.

Excellent dental! Dr Browning has been my dentist for many years, and she is super friendly, nice and gives very good service. My husband and daughter also have her as their dentist, and they also find her very excellent. I will continue to have her as my dentist!

I love these people. They are professional! But! Finally! They are goofing around with me. Sooo fun! They know what they are doing and get things done in a timely manner. Go check them out! They also have the perfect person for getting your implant;needs done correctly!! Returned yesterday, July 14, 2022, and the Dentist is amazing. She's good with people and knows her stuff. The ladies here are the best. And they remembered so much about me when I walked in the door a year later. Thank you ladies!!!

I've been going to Dr. Browning's dental office for a while now, and never had any problem with the dental procedure I did. Dr. Browning is also caring and treats her patients like friends. This makes visits to the dental office enjoyable. The following is my review from a year ago: "Three of my family members had their teeth examined and cleaned on Saturday, and they had a pleasant experience. The doctors clearly explained the issues with the teeth of my two kids, and they are motivated to seriously brush their teeth twice a day. Dr. Browning found cavities on four of my daughter's teeth. She was able to fix them all by squeezing in more time for us into the tight Saturday schedule. The staff treat patients professionally and kindly, that's one of the things I like about this dental office."

The assistant took 5 or 6 tries before getting a blurry Xray image of my teeth. She also polished my teeth with speed and force. I came out with a part of my gum broken. For a few days I had to avoid using that area for chewing. A very bad experience for me.

I love everything about this dentist and her practice! She does no unnecessary work! Her assistant is incredible! She does not over book. When you walk into her office, they are waiting for you instead of you waiting for them for 40 minutes! I recommend this office highly!

I finally found the perfect dentist for me! I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist ever since I was a child. I have been to many different dentists in the Bay Area but it was hard for me to find one I felt 100% comfortable with until I found Valley Dental. From first entering into the office, I am able to immediately relax and know that I am going to be taken care of. The staff are the friendliest most sincere people I have met in the dental industry. Dr. Browning always makes sure I am comfortable and well taken care of. I'm so thankful to have found Valley Dental!

Our family recently switched dentist to Dr Browning, since our dentist of 20 yrs retired. Personally, I am pleased with my two cleaning and one filling visits. The doctor is engaging and thorough, while she is also very gentle around the sensitive part of the teeth.
