First time ever receiving dental work needed 2 teeth extracted, they were quick and professional. Both the dentist and assistant had me at ease and talked thru the whole procedure. Definetly would recommend.

I just completed several appointments with Dr. Lee and the Staff at Valley Dental. A complicated Root Canal & Crown procedures. The Office Staff could not have been more accommodating. Dr. Lee and his Assistants always made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Impeccable level of Customer Service from this office. So Impeccable, I insisted on buying the Office their favorite lunch after my last appointment. If all Dentist Offices were like this, nobody would have fear of the Dentist. You are in extremely capable hands here.

This is my 4th visit and the Staff and Dr Lee are welcoming and explain everything. So complimentary. Yes, i recommend this Dental Office

I'm honestly at a loss for words. I got a " deep cleaning " there today. I had been told it needed to be broke into 2 appointments but I requested just to do it all at once. I don't even think I was in the chair for 10 minutes. My teeth hardly feel clean at all. In fact I can still feel plaque on several of them and my mouth isn't sore at all like it usually is after a cleaning. I had scheduled to have a filling done but will be canceling that for sure.

I've been going to Valley Dental Care for several years and they've always been great! Very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Today I arrived at 8:50 for a 9 am appointment and I was out of there by 9:06! Wow! And, of course, I was treated great! Their customer service is excellent! And I love my dentist, Dr. Lee! If you're looking for a good dental group that truly cares about their customers, please go to Valley Dental in Winchester, VA!

The entire staff and gentleman dentist there are all so friendly! They're so welcoming and always very attentive of my comfort and pain level. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I come here because they accept my Medicaid insurance. The drive is worth it for me though because I know I'll be well taken care of by people who genuinely seem to care.

The whole staff is very friendly. My first visit was for a broken tooth, and they fit me in right away. The doctor is gentle and so are his staff.

Dr. Lee is the first dentist I've been able to see since I was a kid, and I'm very glad he was the one to treat my dental issues (there was a lot ). He's very caring, professional and quick. And the dental assistants are so kind and treat you like friends It's a lovely place to get your dental work done!

The whole staff in this office is AmAZiNG! The dentist truly cares & listens to his patients...&& took time to see me on a semi emergency situation...that "UN"Pleasant ValleY office refused follow-up care...for a procedure they recieved payment for but didnt treat for follow-up care that was billed to my insurance...we arent just a # @ the VaLLeY Ave office! As soon as you walk thru the door...the vibe is so refreshing...all the girls @ the front desk are always in a wonderful mood & so polite & they kno us by name && actually devote the time to personally kno & understand each person on a sincere level. Just wanted to say thanks.

We've been here three times now for my two children, ages 4 and 11. All three visits have been wonderful! The office staff have all been very down to earth and helpful and the dentist and assistants have been great with my kids! I had some really bad experiences with dentists as a kid so I was SUPER nervous and totally a helicopter mom when we came here, but the way they treated my kids made me so happy and comfortable there. My kiddos loved it to, and are eager to go back, so that says something right there!

Place sucks called yesterday they said they took wv Medicaid for adults. Gave me an appt for 330 pm showed up went in receptionist asked for ID and insurance card mind you I gave them the card ins # over the phone and theysaid it was fine see you at 330 please come a little early to fill out paper work. Too my surprise they turned me away or said I could pay cash for service. They don't take my ins. So missed a days work drove 40 min and they don't give a dam .

Be very careful of what you're getting done and make sure it's covered by your insurance or they will bill you for something you thought was and tell you that you signed a form agreeing to it. I stopped going to them a long time ago for that. The did ot to my husband as well.

Continues to reschedule an appointment I made 6 months in advance. Horrible service and care. In three years they have had three new doctors, and their reception service schedules appointments on days they are not open.

If I could leave less of a one star review, I would. This practice has gone down hill exponentially in the last few years. The customer service is awful, from the office staff especially. At my last visit I was asked by my technician if I wanted a fluoride treatment but he didn't tell me there was an additional $50 charge for it. The office manager refused to refund the full charge to me stating and I quote "well you signed a form that said right on it that there was a $50 fee". To which I replied, the fee was not pointed out to me I didn't know I was signing it authorizing I'd pay a fee. The office manager told me that they were generous enough to refund half of it back to my balance. Evidently Valley Dental needs that $25 pretty badly, they were willing to lose me and our two daughters as patients. The level of care is also sub standard. My daughters are both in the chairs for less than 10 minutes each. The technicians rush through the cleanings and no longer floss their teeth as part of the cleaning. It is very much reminiscent of an assembly line. Don't waste your time with this practice and I use the word "practice" loosely.

Made an appointment for a broken tooth. Specifically told them my insurance and they said they took it. Drive an hour and 10 minutes to be told they DO NOT take my insurance. Now I'm stuck with pain through Thanksgiving weekend until I can actually make an appointment with another dentist. Horrible listening skills on their part. Would NOT recommend.
