Dr. Satish has observed first-hand the devastating effects of poor dental health primarily caused by poor nutrition and exacerbated by limited access to dental care and education. Even at the young age of fourteen he recognized these conditions within his own family, specifically with his grandmothers struggles, and the subsequent effects to her overall health. He knew he wanted to ensure that others were not similarly impacted. He was further motivated by the stories of his great grandfather who was loved by the community and recognized as a very compassionate doctor that served rural communities that lacked both proper education and access to health care. Dr. Satish was emotionally moved during summer visits to his village listening to the villagers praises who revered his great grandfather.
Inspired by his experiences, Dr. Satish graduated as a Dentist in 1992 at the young age of 23 achieving the top rank (Gold medal honors) among three regionally linked dental schools. Knowing what inspired him, he started his practice in rural India in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh for 3 years. Focusing on a patient-centered approach, he provided top-level dental services coupled with proper prevention and nutrition instruction to ensure long-term health benefits. He was happy to know that he was having such a positive impact. His practice was growing with many returning patients, but he wanted to push himself to do more.
Dr. Satish subsequently moved to Boston in 1997 to enhance his technical knowledge, graduating from Boston University school of Dentistry in 1999 from the Advanced Standing Program (ASP). In Boston he realized that he had a real passion for applying the latest technological advances of dentistry and incorporating them into his comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient centered approach, which he applied in India.
Utilizing his newfound knowledge, Dr. Satish worked within practices in Boston and Cape Cod until 2004, taking on a large workload. Continuing his drive to be technologically up-to-date, he con-currently studied Dental Implants and Advanced Bone Grafting for a period of 2 years (2001-2003) at New York University School of Dentistry as a part time student. He was becoming an experienced, top-notch practitioner at the forefront of the dental arts.
Wanting to start his own practice, Dr. Satish moved to Aurora, IL in 2005 and established Valley Dental Care. At Valley Dental Care, he was able to take direct control and apply his passion for dentistry by molding the environment to meet his vision. He implemented a very strong prevention education program that instructs on basic health needs and prevention of dental disease through communicating his hard-earned experience and utilizing the latest technology and practices like minimally invasive laser dentistry to minimize discomfort when treating cavities and some gum procedures.
To ensure that Valley Dental Care stays at the forefront of dental practices, Dr. Satish continuously stays on top of the latest recommended practices. He completed his Orthodontic certification in 2012, which harmonizes the concepts of face and teeth beauty and has also studied non-extraction orthodontics originally mainstreamed in Europe and gaining acceptance in the US. In addition, taking specific cosmetic and surgical courses and participating in conferences have given him a comprehensive skill set to tailor solutions to his patients needs when considering their health, social and phycological needs.

Dr. Satish combines his experience (gained over 20 years of service) with the application of the latest modern methods to provide the patient with the best solutions, convenience and comfort. Dr. Satish takes pride in carefully listening to the needs and expectations of his patients while ensuring the practice goals align all while striving for excellence and integrity. Dr. Samantha is very passionate about incorporating the latest and the best technology in dentistry for the benefit of the patients. She is constantly attending continuing education seminars and seeking out the most advanced Digital options with the goal of digitizing the entire office to increase patient comfort ,and the same time reduce cost and time to the patient. Dr. Samantha is very aware of doing her part on reducing the Impact on the environment. Her consideration to incorporate the latest technology to replace or add to the practice bears heavily on whether it reduces the environmental impact greatly or not.
She strives everyday to establish a close connection with the patients she treats, continuously counseling and fostering great oral and overall health habits helping the families, with personal and detailed attention to prevention and early treatment. She is committed to giving back to the community she serves by believing and helping one family at a time to attain the best Oral and Overall health. Her motto is prevention better than cure. She does this by spending a lot of time getting to know the patients on a personal level and patiently counseling and motivating and empowering them by education and information that is tailored to every single patient and family.

Update: After our last visit as we we're leaving we were told that they will no longer be able to be seen here. I asked why and they said because they will no longer be accepting their insurance. I adopted these girls and chose this place because they actually seemed to be good for my girls but the way we were let go was well kinda nasty like. We now have them under my husband's insurance as well but are in search of a Dental Practice that just a tad bit more welcoming and won't push MyGirls out as such. This situation had me feeling really bad inside because I've seen how establishments have treated MyGirls in the past. *They'll continue to Thrive even while having to feel as such from some places. ************************************************ Yes Yes YES! Our visit here has THE BEST since moving here 12 years ago. All 4 of my girls are seen here and they all have had great experiences. I love the staff and the interactions they have with the children. From the front desk, to phones calls to us with reminders and to the dental assistants they all just know how to make your visit comfortable. Our dentist explains with clarity not to me as the parent but to the kids as well so that we all understand what's going to be done and while working they're explaining as well. I love the clarity of the conversations that's held with me and my girls. The clean look and feel of the office makes me feel comfortable to be In such a nice place. I think we've found our Solid Home for Dental Care. Thanks Dr. Samantha for having a love for others to be able to help keep our health in order and our teeth beautiful and healthy.

Don't take active duty MILITARY. We found out they dropped a military family that had military insurance. I gave the family a list of supportive dental offices.

I've been coming here with my three children for many years and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Samantha is amazing, the staff if always friendly, and the facility is always clean. Dr. Satish just did some work on my mouth and it was painless! He was gentle, like always!

There are sooo many dentists to choose from in our area lately. It's hard to know that the one you choose will be a good fit for your family. We are so incredibly lucky that we chose Dr Sam and Valley Dental Care. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist herself just makes you feel like family. Each person is so attentive and kind to our kids. They actually look forward to their visits! Whether you have insurance or not they make it so easy to keep up with your kiddos dental health. My family and I have been going to a different dentist for the along time. My wife happen to find Valley dental because they offer same-day crown installation. Most other places take days if not weeks to get that procedure great and I really didn't want to wait, so I have been putting it off for many many years. I had both Dr Satish and Dr Sam and I can save both of them are the two best dentists that I have ever seen in my life. Initial appointment was smooth, quick and very personal. The second appointment which when they replaced the crown when seamless and I was a part of the process the entire time, fully understanding on how same-day crowns works and the technology behind it. The staff was courteous and professional. I highly recommend both the Oswego and the Aurora location, super great service at reasonable pricing. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr. Sam since I was 6 years old (14 years), and never was I once scared in her care. In February I was in bad accident and lost my front teeth and Dr. Sam worked for hours to make crowns that perfectly matched my old teeth, and I could have asked for a better job! she made my new teeth look better than my old teeth!

Dr. Satish & Dr. Sam as many patients know them as, provide excellent pain-free dental care, frequently checking to make sure patients are comfortable throughout every procedure. They and their staff hygienists are meticulous in their work, be it a cleaning, a pulling, a root canal, or a crown placement, etc. and also consistently aware of the small things, like making sure your mouth is rinsed often to remove debris or excess water and giving you time to relax between lengthier legs of more complicated procedures. The front desk staff is friendly, attentive, and happy to see you happy with your treatment. I highly recommend you see them for all your dental needs.
