We strive to provide quality and affordable dental care to each and every patient. We accept most insurance, and we also offer an In-House Benefit Plan. If your treatment is not covered under your insurance plan, we accept cash, check and credit card payments.
Dr. Aparna Gottumukkula uses her extensive experience to provide the most comprehensive dental care possible. Dr. Aparna graduated from SDM College of Dental Sciences followed by a one-year internship at Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. She came to the United States in 1997 to attend Boston University School of Dental Medicine and graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2001.
Dr. Aparna has been practicing in Plainfield since opening in 2010 and has worked in public health for over 10 years. She is a member of the American Dental Society, the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, and the Chicago Dental Society. She attends many continuing education courses each year and enjoys the camaraderie of many local specialists.

My 11 year old daughter had to get, what we thought was 3 baby teeth pulled; ended up being 5 teeth!! She was so scared, physically shaking and on the verge of an anxiety attack, but the staff was amazing beyond words. I wish I knew the nurse's name that helped us, but she really saved the day! She eased all my daughter's fears, answering all of her questions, no matter how repetative they were, got her to calm down and get it done! Thank you Valley Dental Care and an amazing staff!!

Dr. Aparna took great care of me! I got all four of my wisdom teeth out quick and easy with no pain at all. Great experience, thank you. I would recommend Valley Dental care on rt 59 to anyone looking for a dentist in the Plainfield area.

My niece has been in braces for over 4 years, they are not making any progress. Very unprofessional someone should report them to the Board of Orthodontics. It is unhealthy to keep braces on for longer than 2 years she is compliant and treatment is paid for and they just don't care.. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

To me and my daughter the dentist was very straight forward and very honest. Her staff is just amazing, and do the most to make you feel comfortable. This year is my first year with them, had to get my wisdom top teeth pulled and it went amazing. It was quick and the next days I had little to barely any swelling or discomfort. Very happy with the staff, i will continue to come here. Definitely would recommend this dentist. Thank you so much

This office is great, very friendly and welcoming staff all around. They go out of their ways to accommodate needs. I've had multiple dentists offices tell me braces would never work for my mouth ...this office had no issues, put the braces on an now I'm able to smile!! There's something about being able to smile, actually smile, that gives me a better outlook for my future. Got a bit left to go before I'm completely done but I'm absolutely % greatful and look forward to the future. I can't thank this whole team enough!!!

Valley Dental Care is an amazing dentist office that was able to take me in and fix my teeth! Amazing customer service and very short wait times. The staff is very knowledgable, especially Aparna Gottumukkula! I recommend this Dental Care for all people in need of treatment!

I had a fast and painless wisdom tooth extraction thanks to Dr. Aparna. My previous experience with a different dentist had me feeling a little anxious at first but I was put at ease with Dr. Aparna's kind and gentle demeanor. The entire process was done much quicker than expected and I had little to no swelling in the following days. I will definitely be returning to have my final wisdom tooth removed when it is time!

Stop accepting all insurance companies if you are not going to take care of your patients. I was literally sent on my way with a level 10 infection pain in my mouth. Dentist looked at the x-rays never looked in my mouth and sent me on my way with an antibiotic and told me to go seek help elsewhere. I was literally in tears. Thanks for all your help.

I had an emergency with one of my crowns, after calling several dentists in the area I had the good fortune to find Valley Dental of Plainfield, Lisa? The receptionist asked me if I was in pain and immediately asked me to come over to fix the problem. That is what I call, an efficient and caring practice. My entire family was so pleasantly surprised how quickly and well they took care of me. Now we just transferred our records from our previous dentist to Valley Dental.

I knew I had to get one cavity filled but then I was told I had 2 more cavities. I have been having trouble eating sugary or cold foods. I just went back today because of it and the doctor put more filling on the first cavity and now it feels like I am hitting a nerve everytime I chew on either side of my mouth because of my teeth hitting each other. I would rate it a one but the women at the front desk are very nice.

I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time, mostly because of fear and money. But I must say this is the BEST DENTIST I have even seen. Came in for a filling on my front tooth did a amazing work. No fear or pain again AMAZING. Also they are putting braces on both of my daughters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I strongly recommend Valley Dental Care located at Plainfield. Team was very professional examining and providing right solutions by priority. Their explanations on their solutions was very educative and makes you feel comfortable on taking right decisions. My mom had to do tooth extract and her gums were severely infected and she was on her painkillers before we approached Valley Dental Care..Dr Aparna (DN) did a great job! I strongly felt that my mom was in good hands. She was very knowledge, gentle and kind to her throughout the process and also during the follow up visits. She explained very well on what was causing the issue and what next needs to be done. Pre and Post process requisite including medications and timelines are very well explained and made to follow and what more do we expect?? Overall it's a great place to take care of your teeth. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous and friendly staff made me feel like the safe place for my oral care. Would highly recommend to anyone !!

I have been a patient of Dr. Aparna Gottumukkula's for many years. She has been incredibly professional in her work and in the treatment plans she advises when there are several options to consider. Recently, I had been battling an infection in a back molar. Antibiotics were not clearing it up. After 6 weeks of dealing with this, I had to finally get the molar pulled. Dr. Gottumukkula took me on Good Friday and had the tooth out in literally 10 minutes! WHAT A PRO! Not only that, she wouldn't charge me!!! WHAT? I sincerely could not believe it! She also has the most lovely staff. They actually know my voice when I call! I once didn't realize I had a balance on my bill and they never once hounded me for it. They just asked me for it the next time I came in.....A YEAR LATER! They said, "we knew you would take care of it when you came in the next time" WOW! I feel just like I'm among friends when I'm there. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

I needed an extraction and was very apprehensive about finding a new dentist. The entire staff was very nice professional and welcoming. My procedure was done immediately after my teeth cleaning. It was done so quickly I could hardly believe Dr.Aparna was done!!! And greatly appreciated her asking if I was okay during the entire service. Even after the numbing wore off... no pain or discomfort. The next day I stopped in to personally thank the staff ....AGAIN.....for such a great experience. Awesome job!!
