The dental assistants are so over worked and often times, treated very poorly. I tell my dentist to NOT touch my one tooth, due to the acute pain it will bring. That the other dentist before her, has my last x-rays and notes on the tooth. She gets upset when I jump back and start to cry. She expects her staff to work around her issue of being left handed. I am left handed as well BUT I didn't pick a job that requires me to be right handed. It seems like they want money from you vs getting paid by insurance. Every single time I've gone in, she strongly recommends that I get a gum graph or need something else. Keep in mind, I told her FOUR TIMES I cannot afford to keep paying out of pocket. I can only afford what MY INSURANCE pays. I will NEVER go back here again. I'm still so angry over the horrible service of this female dentist. I've heard her dental assistant at times say "I can't keep doing everything and then more, I'm reaching my breaking point". I'm only giving two stars for her dental assistants NOT her.
