Very unprofessional. They called me on 7/5/22 to confirm my appointment for 7/8/22. I missed their call but called them back and no one answered the phone. They called me again on 7/6/22 and said if I didn't call them back they would cancel my appointment. I called them back on the same day, and no one answered, so I left a voicemail. Today (7/7/22) they said they are giving my appointment to someone else. Now the dentist appointment I have been anticipating for the past three months is no longer happening. This is not the first time this has happened. Stay far away from this place.

Unprofessional! The girl who cleaned my teeth was so rough and now they hurt. The receptionist must be new because she doesn't know what is going on. Definitely don't recommend.

My granddaughter went there about her wisdom tooth. She inform me that were very nice and patience. They recommend she see a oral surgeon.

Horrible experience , went for extraction they never gave me anything to rinse like how others normally do they didn't even lift or put back my chair properly I basically got it pulled like I was sitting at the dinner table and they do not give medicine for pain or infection for after care would not recommend at all ! They just want your money! Receptionists could be heard making fun of people they're suppose to be getting the info for the patients but it's a game

This is the second temporary crown I've had that has come off. There is no emergency number to call. They don't know how to do a crown to save their life. I would look for a dentist that does permanent crowns in their office for you can get it all done in one day! Once I get this tooth done, I will never be back!!!! One of the dental assistants called and bullied me to try and get me to remove this post. And then we had to get our insurance company involved and they got back with us after a couple of days, and let me know that my permanent crown had been in for quite awhile. They were holding my crown as hostage. I called they left me on hold for 19 minutes, claiming they were busy. If you're busy you come back to the phone and say, we're busy! Finally my husband had to go in in person, and said, what the hell is going on here. Guess what I had an appointment right then! They're so unprofessional, I will never be going back! I would never recommend this dentist office. Our insurance company said, get a new dentist, and sent names of other dentist that accept our insurance. Now, to find a new one. My husband needs a bridge!

Dentist is awesome, the front desk is terrible. Wont be back because of it. Cant wait for the Fredericksburg/stafford location opens back up. That one is 5 stars without a doubt.

I have had a good deal of work done at Valley Dental Care (root canals, fillings, crowns and more) and they have always been competent, professional and compassionate. The doctor and both the medical and administrative staff have been kind, patient and have done top notch work. I have never left feeling dissatisfied with the work that was done and how it was done. The front desk staff were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better Dental office and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is the Dental office that you have been looking for.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would give 100. As an autistic person who has bad teeth (thanks GERD & depression) and a tendency to go non-verbal in stressful/anxious situations. I've had terrible experiences with dentists over the course of my 31 years, but this place was EXTREMELY kind, understanding and accommodating to my needs as a non-verbal autistic person. The entire staff was very validating and unquestioning of why I was in there. And when it came to things I might not be able to afford, the staff/dentist all worked towards what would be best for me (and my wallet) rather than what they wanted. Overall, the best dentist I have ever been to, it's a very lovely place. Very wonderfully kind people.

I love these folks. They took me in today last minute. Had a really painful tooth was able to get it taken out. Wasn't an easy job i have no insurance but they were very affordable. I highly recommend them everyone is nice and courteous. God Bless them

I have never been in a dental office like this. I don't like to go to any dental office. But Valley Dental Care of Culpeper is the most accomplished that I hve been.The personal that works there are the best. But above of all the the dentist is the best. She is wonderful and she knows her job very well.

The Receptionist were all rude. I could not get the service that I wanted to get done. They canceled my appointment after I had driven a hour to get there. It was just all around bad experience.

Have never seen a place that want to charge you 250 to $400 supposed to pull a tooth that is sitting right there and you see that it's just hooked by one thing But yet you want to give him x-rays which is $99 Does not make any sense to me whatsoever to me I think these dentists are just becoming money grabbing thieves
