I am client and my child goes there for more than three years and also have very good dental insurance choose the place location i live I am very dissatisfied, disappointed when I called many times left message to live front desk clerk, text message that I had questions like to speak to the manager at least three to four message I left never got any call back today I called talk to front desk receptionist name monica she refused to give me manager full name. Although, I paid I had questions my insurance paid, I paid valley dental there main concern is how they wants bill The patient and if I call they won't respond this one I will take my business some other place. I decided not to rate even 1 star

This place is top notch! They fit in my whole family in on one rainy day! The staff are wonderful, mask are worn but I know every time I come it they are smiling and laughing. Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Only go here if you're fine waiting months to be seen. And even then make sure you're prepared to get a call to have appointment "changed" last second to a day you're not free. I didn't know emergency treatment meant come back in a month to be treated. Use valley dental only as a last resort and only if you're fine waiting months for sub par service.

I've been going to Dr. Gorman for years and I'm extremely happy with his care I have received. He's an excellent dentist and I would recommend his practice to anyone to anyone. His staff is also well trained and kind.

I had great feelings about this dental office until their customer service gave me a sour taste. Dr. V and her assistant were kind and polite and took the time to explain things in a manner I understood. For that, they get three stars. My issue is their scheduling system and inability to resolve client issues once you walk out the door. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for 03/15 but received a confirmatory email for 10/10. Two days later, I received a notification of a missed appointment. I called the office to explain the mix-up in the appointment dates, and I sent them a copy of the confirmation email I received. They promised to fix the issue but did not. I keep receiving bills and a threat to forward the amount to collections. Every month, I have the same conversation with them, they promise to get back to me or have an office manager call me, but it never happens. They don't care if they make mistakes as long as the clients pay for it. Also, my husband made an appointment with them, and we received a confirmation for the date. When he got to the office, the lady at the front desk informed him that his appointment was the next day. I don't know how they manage their scheduling system, but they need to fix it and stop billing people for the inefficiencies in their system.

Okay first visit 1/22 got the cleaning, X-rays, etc...next appt was made for 6/22...a few days before the appointment receive a message that my appt is cancelled and needs to be rescheduled . So I call promptly and am told that the earliest available is in Dec / 22...forget it....Then 8/1/22, I receive a message to call if I need to schedule an appointment. So I call 8/3/22 and the staff member says she's scrolling and is into September 2022. Feggitaboutit...time to get another dentist or return to the dentist I was seeing....ugggggh

This was my first visit. From the time I arrived until I left ball of the staff there was friendly and professional. Had a wonderful experience and am looking forward to my next visit.

I went here today for the first time. Everyone was so nice and professional from the receptionist to the dentist. Rarely if ever do I encounter such great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist in this area.
