I frequently say that I have a job that I love. Its fun to come to work, and while the biggest part of that fun is to be a part of improving peoples lives and health, to help my patients is also totally fulfilling. I appreciate that our patients come to this office because of its constant drive to be the best, and I hope the joy we feel being a positive part of so many peoples lives is evident. The never-ending challenge of finding solutions to each individuals needs provides a sense of achievement that I believe few people experience in their lifetimes.

Because my calling is to be the best that I can be as a dentist, I am constantly pursuing excellence in knowledge, skills, and technology for the ultimate benefit of my patients. I am presently a mentor at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, where we are exposed to all phases of dentistry. I am especially involved in using the CEREC CAD/CAM technology for single-visit crown and bridge creation, as well as 3D X-rays and CT scans.

My training at the Pankey Institute elevated my knowledge and skill levels to enable me to strive for and more frequently achieve excellence in my patient care and relationships. In addition, my involvement with the CEREC doctors and Scottsdale Center for Dentistry has allowed me to associate and improve myself with dentists of a very high caliber. As a consultant with the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, I am trained to evaluate patient treatment in response to claims of dental malpractice or lack of standard of care.

Originally from Casa Grande, I currently reside in Bullhead City with my wife Kelly. I have been blessed with six boys: Mark II, Joseph, Weylin, Hunter, Parker, and Cooper, and our princess, Ella. I am passionate about being the best husband and father I can be.

My free time is most often spent enjoying the outdoors with my family and friends, whether Im hunting, camping, fishing, and riding off-road vehicles, or coaching my kids soccer and other sports teams. Im also active in my community: I donate much-needed dental care to those without access, raise funds for the children and adults of our community, and serve on various organizations and boards.

I assist our hygienists, dental assistants, and Dr. White during many of our patients procedures, as well ensure the sterilization of our dental instruments. It is so rewarding to see our patients happy smiles after treatment. Getting to spend each day making peoples lives better while working with an outstanding staff is a blessing. We are more than just a team; we are family!

I take care of all the financial aspects of our practice, including monthly billing, collections, and insurance payments. Our office is like a big family, full of amazing people and wonderful patients. We work hard but still have fun with our patients and each other. Dr. White and our team always strive to do our best and treat each other like family!

I have been married to a wonderful man for almost 30 years, and we have three children and eight grandchildren. That alone keeps us busy! In my free time I like to golf, sew, and spend time with my family.

I assist Dr. White with much of our patients care, order supplies, and help with treatment planning. I really enjoy educating patients on the importance of their oral and overall health through one-on-one patient interaction. I love seeing patients who are unhappy with their smiles walk out with a shiny new grin and a new boost of confidence! Working with Dr. White brings me joy and the satisfaction of providing our patients with beautiful, healthy smiles.

I have been married for more than a dozen years and I have a son and a daughter. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, boating, biking, traveling, fitness, and spending time with friends and family.

I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of office flow and efficiency, from financials and marketing to patient scheduling, financial coordination, and social media management. I love building and maintaining relationships with our patients, and seeing their happiness and confidence restored after dental treatment. I am proud to be a part of this office, where we are more than a team; we are a family. We truly care about each other and strive to be the best we can be.

I have worked in the dental field for ten years and four years as a hygienist. I enjoy establishing relationships with patients as providing them dental hygiene services including oral cancer screening, patient education, patient cleanings, radiographs, and diagnosing patients oral health. I take pride in achieving optimal oral health for my patients, which in returns benefits their overall health. It is extremely rewarding to see each individuals growth and improvements. Working at Valley Dental Associates give me the opportunity to be the best hygienist I can be with up-to-date technology, plenty of time per patient, and working under Dr. Whites high expectation guidelines.

For more than 27 years, Ive enjoyed building relationships with my patients as I provide them with gentle and effective hygiene care and education. I am especially interested in increasing my patients awareness and knowledge of how their dental health can affect their overall health. We work together as a team to keep their oral health at an optimal level. I am inspired by Dr. Whites drive continually provide the best standard of care for our patients continually through the use of cutting-edge dentistry, treating the patient like we would our own family, and providing the best treatment options for our patients based upon their individual needs.

Ive been in the dental field since 1999. I like to joke around and make our patients laugh, seeing our patients smile is the best part of my day. I love helping patients obtainhealthy smilesand improve their confidence. I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful, friendly, and dedicated office.
