Called about getting a tooth pulled for myself, the lady at the front desk told me they're not seeing any adult patients? But she continues to tell me I could come for a walk in!! I think I'll pass, and everyone should

Be better off looking up your issues on google than wasteing your hardworking money going to this joke of a place theyll leave you suffering for months till they even decide to figure out what the problem is. Scaling fee trash, helping you trash, youd be better off traveling all the way to sanford in fargo life or death then going here.

I don't recomand this place for anyone, i got my teeth extracted a month ago and i am still suffering till now, they made a surgery and the sutures was terible ,i had to get back after 4 days because of the pain and the sutures has sloded to the edge of my other teeth. and when igot back they did clean the area again with numbness which was too painful. And after all that I am going back for the third time because i had an infection and theere still parts of my teeth inside. It's lik going there fo buying misery.

Just don't waste your time here. I've been sick for a couple weeks now and when I had gone to the doctor, I was only sick for 6 days. I was told that I needed to wait until the 10 day mark and I could call and have a prescription sent to my pharmacy. I called on the 10th day and was transferred to the nurse line. I left a voicemail and a few hours later I called back to see if anyone was available to talk. She said they're too busy and to call the other location. I did and the nurse who answered sent a message to my doctor for approval to send in a prescription. After waiting a couple more hours, I called for an ETA. The nurse who answered said it'd take 24-48 hours to hear back from my doctor. It's been over 3 days now and still haven't heard back. In the meantime I went to Altru urgent care and got a prescription.

Went in as a walk in for a broken infected tooth after being told no by 6 other places, very very thankful to the amazing people working there, was able to get the tooth that had been bothering me for months removed the same day! Very very patient, understanding, and talked me through everything! I can't thank you all enough for all that you do!

Staff are snobby, rude and make you feel really uncomfortable.. and I'm not even a patient! Avoid this place.

Went in yesterday morning around 10AM and they said all of their walk-ins for this morning were filled and to come back at 12:45. Came back at 1 and they said they were all filled for the day. Came back today and 12:30PM, 15 minutes before walk-ins were accepted and he said they were all filled again and that they recommend people come in at 12:30 to get the spot. You'd swear they only have 1 dentist in the building. In truth I think they just pick and choose who they want to work on.

I would give them zero stars because that is what they deserve. Their quality of treatment in the dental clinic is less than stellar.

After each tooth heals, Roughly a week after, it hurts more than it did going in. Will not be finishing my dental work here due to the fact you leave in worse condition than you come in

Horrible service. Made an appointment for a covid test and they came out with a bunch of them except mine! Now I've been waiting in my car for over 30 minutes while everyone else is in and out. Not professional at all. Thank goodness I will never have to use them again.

Becky is so rude! Can't believe they treat people this way. Not only do they make it hard for someone to make an appointment but also to cancel them. This place has really gone down hill since changing to spectra.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I personally am very uncomfortable going to the dentist but these guys made me feel right at home with their service.

Everyone was very nice to me and got me exactly what I needed for my pre-op appointment. I had all my results faxed in a timely manor and very non-judgmental.

If I could give them no stars I would. This place and there rules are so ridiculous. Let alone you follow there rules and still arent seen. Yet again they tell you to call in next week again, just to be told this weeks full call next week.
