I gave this office multiple attempts... I will not be returning. The office tried to pressure me into the laser gum cleaning, which I was nervous about as it is experimental and my insurance did not cover any of. I work in the dental industry and this treatment has yet to be adopted by most dentists. I had coordinated with the office before my appointment that I did NOT want this done, just a regular deep gum cleaning. Mid-appointment as I am in the dental chair, they begin doing the laser gum cleaning without my consent. Absolutely terrifying... and expensive. I went in for teeth whitening and had a bad experience. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes prior to being helped. Then while whitening my teeth, was left alone for long periods of time and it was extremely painful. I noticed very little difference after the whitening. Not worth the $500. Final chance given was a pretty traumatic cavity filling experience. I got wacked in the face with their tools, which they apologized for, but not pleasant. The filling was left hurting for a long time after. I have been nervous to return to a dentist due to the multiple bad experiences here.

This dental office deserves the highest marks - good location accessibility, , excellent responsiveness to all inquiries and ongoing communications, dental practitioners of the highest caliber, and a very fine ambiance clearly visible among all employees. Prices are fair, too.

The office is clean, staff is nice but the wait times are very long. I do not like the start and stop in between patients, it extends your appointment well beyond the required time. We've had to repeatedly come back in the office numerous times for adjustments and still waiting. Definitely have to improve on time management. My father paid $2500 for dentures and they were not fitted appropriately. No one has called to resolve the situation. We are unhappy.

Do NOT trust these five star reviews. They are fake. Look on Yelp for the real story. I wish I had :( I went in for a cleaning, they tricked me into paying $190 for this "gumline laser" cleaning that wasn't covered by my insurance and didn't do anything. She then insisted I need a bunch of fillings in every corner of my mouth, despite having only one cavity ever, no pain or sensitivity. I took her word because I trusted her. She thoroughly messed up one on the right (didn't fill it in all the way). I couldn't sleep for DAYS because of the pain. I still can't chew on the left side months later because I'm taking my time to find a reputable dentist to FIX HER SHODDY WORK. I reached out to her to make it right and she didn't respond. I'm reporting to my insurance and ADA - this woman shouldn't be practicing. Overall I'm out thousands of dollars and have to get most of her work redone. STEER CLEAR!!!!

First I want to say that I sincerely appreciate how thorough Dr Valery Sweeny's office was with my care plan. There was a lot that needed to be done and we were able to jump right into it. Given how long it'd been since I'd been to the dentist, I prepared myself for some possible road blocks or complications. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues post op; I ended up with incredibly painful toothaches which I didn't have before visiting, but I think it's just that the work aggravated my previous root canal that needs a retreatment. Either way, Dr Sweeny's office was quick to address my issues and did all they could to help -- even invited me back to the office late evening to numb me while I was awaiting a steroid prescription for pain. I'm still not out of the weeds yet with my pain, but I'm getting a retreatment (referred by Dr Sweeny) on the old root canal today. Hoping this clears up the pain. Thank you for all your help.

Very friendly and relaxing environment. They are taking Covid protocols serious, there was no one else in the waiting room only myself. Dr. Sweeny was very detailed on my dental need which is what I loved, I am a very curious person so all the details met my curiosity needs.

The entire staff is very welcoming... but not overly fake like they are exaggerating. Lol my old dentist office was like that but not this one. I love the experience. They always greet me by name as soon as I walk in. I really appreciate that they take the time to know each patient. It's a safe and clean environment. Dr. Sweeney is the best! She is straight up and I love it! If any one asks me do you know a good dentist in silver lake? This is the only place that comes to mind.
