Dr. Valerin is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! I love how friendly, enthusiasts, genuinely caring, full of life doctor is. And not only is he that way but his entire staff is! I also love how much he values each and every one of his employees by the amount of activities he does for them. He truly is a wonderful person and dentist!!

I did not want to post, but I have been suffering for a long time. Was told I needed a crown, then had to have it drilled after which left me with horrible sensitivity. I knew I needed a root canal first and suggested it but didn't matter what I said. My husband was also seen here, had a crown done too and Dr. Left a piece of drill inside it which another Dr. Had to extract. We have proof X-rays of all of it as the second opinion had to fix the issue. Needless to say, we had an extremely unfortunate experience at this office. I called after all issues and the receptionist was nice but Dr wouldn't take any responsibility, in fact he acted upset...after a follow up appointment which didn't resolve anything because he said he didn't see anything wrong. Pain is subjective, how are you going to dismiss it and make excuses. Well, your patients are the ones suffering and have to deal with issues for who knows how long. Not to mention we had to pay twice, by the way, we pay out of pocket. I'm sure many love this practice and that's great, but just be aware, we had faith in Dr and it did not turn out the best for us.

Valerin Dental if by far the best office I have ever been to and personally I think it is the best in the whole area. The staff is so kind and always fit me in when if I have any issues with my teeth. The office is so high tech and they have done an amazing job with my crowns and fillings. It is just such a welcoming environment and truly top notch dentistry. Also Dr. Valerin is the best!

The waiting room and bitewings room and cleaning room are 75 degrees. You will be sweating. The receptionist and patients are not wearing masks. People are checking out, maskless, 5-7 feet from where you're sweating and being x-rayed, mouth agape. The technology is outdated and archaic, compared to Crosstown Dental in Memphis where I moved from. As you're sweating under a 20th century X-ray machine and swallowing a million strangers' germs, enjoy the dentist's pompous attitude and his cleaning dental assistant's Ratched level superiority complex.

We are apart of a small group of active duty army families here working at caterpillar. Another army family recommended Valerin Dental when we were searching for a place to take our two kids, ages 5 and 1 and each place we called had very long wait times. They immediately got us in and took us on a Monday holiday, which was great so that our oldest child wasn't missing school and we, both parents, had the time off to take them both in. The front desk staff was very welcoming and got us our paperwork right away. Meanwhile, the hygienist came out right away and got my daughter her X-rays and started her cleaning. Right after she was all done, my son had his cleaning. There was no wait. The hygienist was very kid friendly and had no issue explaining everything she was doing ahead of time while also being extremely patient if my kids were acting nervous. She worked quickly and efficiently. Dr Valerin was very nice and very informative on his recommendations. My kids were very comfortable at his office. The building was nice and Dr. Valerin's office was very clean and the wait room was nicely decorated. My kids were very excited to pick out a toy from the toy bin before they left, as well as picking out a new toothbrush after their cleaning. We plan to return again in 6 months when they are due for another cleaning.

I highly recommend Dr. Valerin for your all of dental needs! He and his staff go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable, and they follow up after a major procedure to make sure everything is feeling okay. The crowns are same day, so you don't have to go back at a later date. The office staff make the insurance process easy for the customer, and they are always so personable.

Valerin Dental is a one stop shop for your dental needs. Doc has been working on my mouth restoration for almost 2 years now. Could not ask for anyone better, plus as a bonus, his staff and hygienists' are beyond fabulous! I have severe anxiety about the dentist, but the whole office made me feel comfortable and they didn't judge me a bit. Now I no longer skip appointments for the dentist because I have become so comfortable.

If I were you I wouldn't let dr valerin work on a dead dog. Dr valerin and his staff severely burned my faced while doing a root canal in which he never finished. Instead of taking responsibility dr valerin lies and refuses to rectify the situation. Dr valerin is a selfish and vile human being. If I were you I would never deal with him and his devilish staff.
